“When I submitted 2 claims a month apart for different well being events and new illness, was informed that records would have to be obtained from the two diffenent vets before proessing - which would be delayed- could take place. i was disappointed in Pets Best policy.”

“Easy to access, customer service very good. Not happy with return on my money. I pay over $60 a month to only get back $120 on a $600 invoice. May rethink staying a customer”

“Up until now they’ve been great. However, this last claim I had for a relatively simple rabies shot took almost a month to get reimbursed for, and the only explanation I got was a “backup of claims.” Which in this day and age is just simply unacceptable.”

“Bear is our 5th rescue in 57 years. 2nd time a puppy. We've never had insurance prior to Bear. Intution, I guess, since @2 1/2 yrs, she developed epilepsy. Pet Best Insurance has been a God send to help us give Bear her needed treatments & meds.”

“Although I've had dogs all my life, my current little dog is the first one I have had insurance for. That has turned out to be a very smart decision because this dog is the first one who has developed a serious health condition. We are very grateful for the quick handling of our pet's insurance claims. My husband has thanked me for making such a good choice when I picked Pet's Best from studying many plans and reviews before signing up.
