“This company will nickel and dime you for everything that you have. Honestly, I wish I could get rid of them and go to someone else who doesn’t raise prices on you constantly and denies out things that are part of your plan.”

“The coverage is really good, and I don't have issues with payment, once the claims are finally approved. The submission process has become more and more difficult over time. We frequently get notices that they don't have enough information for the claim, but the information has just not been read completely. Having multiple pets on the same invoice seems to be very difficult to interpret, and we're told there's not proof of payment. So far everything has been approved eventually, but the turn around time is very long, because we usually have to resubmit the same paperwork multiple times.”

“Pet's best claim process couldn't be easier. I just submit the documents from my vet, and Pets Best immediately starts the process leading to an analysis of the expenses, and my reimbusement of same. Thank you Pets Best.”

“Our newest addition to our pack was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia at less than 1 year old. Pets Best has been with us the entire time. The claim filing process is easy. The communication is excellent.”

“Pets Best is surely the BEST. We had you insure our precious chihuahua Snowball for over 10 years . We didnt have to submit any claims until the last 2 years. Pets Best was quick to analyze & reimburse me for both claims I submitted. Also, they reimbursed me for a month I guess I paid in advance. They were genuinely sympathetic on the passing of Snowball. If we get another pet, Pet Best is my choice.”

“I have been extremely happy with Pets Best Insurance for my two dogs. They have covered all my pet's needs according to my plan in a timely matter. Claims are easy to file online and wait time for reimbursement is fairly quick. I would highly recommend this company for your pet's health insurance need.”

“I want to commend you on improving your response time on claims. I had a very sick dog last year, and while I received all my reimbursements it was taking up to 7 weeks. I submitted 7 this week, and they have all been resolved. Great job and thank you so much!”

“Extreme delay in reimbursing for legitimate and fully docuemtned claims. Despite two time-consuming phone calls to customer service, the delay was extended with unnecessary requests for more documentation, wasting myveterinarian's time because all records had been submitted. Then denial of the oral assessment part of tooth removal, even though the dogs teeth were not cleaned, which was the jsutification. THREE WEEKS wait for reimbursement. Pets Best claims 25 days is typcial. Healthy Paws paid all my bills in 24-48 HOURS. Trupanion pays instantly. This must be why Pets Best rates are so much lower than others?”

“I love PetsBest. Have been with them for all 6yrs of my dog's life so far. Their monthly fees are reasonable and their coverage is expansive. I totally recommend them to cover your pets health needs. I give them an A++”

“We signed up for Pet’s Best when our dog was under a year old. We really haven’t needed it until recently when our 13 year old dog has had numerous health issues pop up. Having this insurance has allowed us get her the best treatment and keep her comfortable without stressing about the bills. They have been quick to pay and the app is easy to use. Thankful we chose to make this investment.”
