“Until I submitted my most recent claim, I would have rated Pets Best a solid 5. My dog had a dental and I knew that $150 would be covered. It's now weeks later (5/28) and I'm still waiting.”

“Pets best provides good coverage. The claim process is easy to navigate. Processing of the claims vary but is generally prompt and within a week or two. When I initially purchased Pets Best insurance the price was affordable. I have been a member for at least or almost 7 years. The price increase over the last 2 years has been ridiculous. Last year my monthly price increased by almost $30 which is why I am rating it so low. When I inquired why such a huge increase when normally the increase is like $5-$8, I was told it was because they had an increase in their members submitting claims. It was not based on the amount of claims I made but from ALL of their members submitting claims.”

“Pet's Best makes it very easy to submit invoices for processing. Claims can take a bit of time to process, but ultimately the reimbursements are accurate and via direct deposit, which is nice.”

“Price is reasonable but the claims process is terrible. I have a cat with a chronic condition and have to submit claims regularly. It always takes at least two or three tries before the claim is processed correctly, usually with me having to call customer service and explain what they did wrong. It’s a huge pain.”

“You have gotten much more timely with claims, but are raising rates to the point where I can't do this anymore. I have a friend with a pup that had over $50000 in claims last year and you didn't raise her rates at all?!”
