“Sorry but Ith was disappointed that nothing was paid on my recent claim for Parker's routine wellness exam. Probably wtrong, but I thought some things were covered for her exam last year. I will continue with Pets Best for now, but will probably be looking at other companies. Sorry”

“I put in a claim for my vet bills (my pet passed away) and received a letter with the calculation of my 80% refund within a week. I also received an email with their heartfelt condolences and notification that my policy was being cancelled and I would receive a prorated refund for the month I had already paid. I never asked for a partial refund for that month. That email was a personal touch and that made me truly appreciate PetsBest. There might be less expensive insurances out there but I am almost certain that not one of them will be as hassle free and as personal and caring that this insurance. To PetsBest: my boy Thor is smiling at you from Heaven for making the pain of his passing easier on his daddy. Thank you.”

“Not an insurance I'd recommend to people. The renewal fee is insane. I have a different insurance for my other pet cost is more affordable with more benefits. Also easier to submit claims directly from the hospital.”
