“I've been really happy with my pet insurance overall. The claims process is smooth, reimbursements are fast, and customer service is always helpful and friendly. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my pet is covered in case of emergencies or unexpected health issues. The only downside—and it's a significant one—is that you can't increase your level of coverage once your plan is in place. That lack of flexibility is disappointing, especially as your pet ages or your financial situation changes. I would love to see the option to upgrade coverage tiers without having to start over with a new policy. Still, it's a solid plan with great value—just be sure to choose the right level of coverage from the beginning.”

“The rates go up significantly every year. They told me that it’s because my dogs are getting older…they’re 2 and 3. My last reimbursement was quick (within a week), but generally they run 6 to 8 weeks out.”

“Normally they pay pretty quickly, but as of a few months ago they take a lot longer and don't have a reason why. I have a monthly prescription so it should not be that difficult to process since I've had the prescription for years.”

“Pets Best makes it very easy to submit claims and to receive reimbursement. I refer Pets Best to anyone looking for pet insurance. We’ve been with Pets Best for 5 years with our oldest. And added the longest almost 2 years ago.”

“The last claim I submitted was for several dates. It was a little complicated. I had to call 3 times but each time I spoke to a great customer service person. Those claims are settled and once again I will say Abbey Rose is still alive because of Pets Best!”

“Worst false marketing I’ve ever seen. Put in a claim for 1000 and all I get back is 200?? What a scam you all are. Months of premiums and you have the nerve to charge co pays on top of deductibles. Shame on you and your whole damn company. I’ll not be this stupid next time.”

“Wow, very quick this time! Submitted the claim one day , a day later got the EOB. Just wish the wellness coverage covered higher amounts as vet care has skyrocketed in recent years. Only reach full coverage amount if you have teeth cleaned or spay/neuter.”
