“Pets Best Pet Health Insurance is great! Submitting a claim is very easy and yoi are notified via email when the review is complete. Going to the website to review the details of the decision is simple and so far the details are complete enough that I have not needed to contact the company for additional information.”

“I've been EXTREAMLY happy with our Pest Best Inusrance! We previously had two Puppers who had many medical expenses between chronic things and in the end CHF. When we adopted our next fur baby Dewey, we knew we would get pet insurance right away so that we knew we never had to worry about surprise non preventative medical expenses again. It's been such a relief to know if anything ever pops up we can just take him in without the stress of what the bill will be like. Thank you so much for providing this much needed service!”

“I’m very happy with Pets Best Health Insurance. We’ve had two claims and they followed through quickly. It’s easy to start a claim on the website or on the app. Just take a photo of the invoice and they’ll do the rest. I feel relieved that I have this insurance as our kitty is getting older and it’s so important to take your pets to the vet. This insurance helps out a lot.”

“Submitting claims are easy on their website. I find it is best to leave some explanation with your claim especially if the bill may be complicated. Easy to contact if you have questions and customer service is helpful. Insurance can be a bit expensive but all insurance is expensive now. Highly recommend.”
