“Couldnt have picked a better insurance company. Their staf is wonderful and very helpful with no long hold times. Claims are processed quickly with full breakdown explantations and direct deposit reinbursement. I have reccomended Pets Best to sevreal people for their own pets.”

“It is a challenge to reach a human being and the app never seems to be working. Claims take longer than I'd like. I'd love to see the dental coverage expanded.”

“I've had Pets Best Insurance for my Border Collie, Yosee, and overall, I'm happy with the service. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if something happens to my pup, she’ll be taken care of. Submitting a claim is quick and intuitive, whether from a desktop or mobile device, and their pet support line (available via chat and phone) has been incredibly helpful, especially during urgent situations. My only constructive feedback is that claims processing can take quite a while, sometimes several weeks to a month, before reimbursement comes through. That said, the quality of coverage and ease of use make it a service I’d recommend to other pet owners.”

“I am so thankful to Pets Best, it has been a lifesaver! I am a pet parent of 6 and I had insured two of my cats only 6 months ago. Low and behold, she came down with an illness and 17 days later my claim was processed and had been approved. I cried tears of joy; it was such a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I couldn't give any of my little guys up, but vet bills are so expensive! I was a bit worried because this particular cat had been acutely ill previously. However, Pets Best came through, and to the people at Pets Best, thank you all. If you are able, pet insurance is very worth it - and Pets Best is an excellent choice.”

“Terrible, terrible, terrible service re: claims. They send misleading emails that say a claim is closed because "this service isn't covered" and tell you to "read the Explanation of Benefits" for more information -- but when you do open the EOB, it actually says that they haven't received the proper records from the vet, and that they'd be "happy" to reopen the claim if they get that info. BUT THEY'VE NEVER NOTIFIED YOU OF THAT BEFORE, AND IT'S NOT IN THESE "NO COVERAGE" EMAILS! So incredibly misleading -- I can't imagine how many people don't know they can reopen these claims, and simply give up and don't get paid. I'm still waiting to be paid for NINE of my claims, and have had to all many times.”

“We have 2 dogs with Pets Best and we could not be happier. Hate going to the vet, hate any procedures, poking and testing, but when our dogs were unwell, Pets Best has always been by our side. They covered most all of the illness and emergency procedures promptly and efficiently. No one wants to pay for insurance until they actually need it, and we have learned that lesson the hard way in the past. Our two young 4 year old dogs will never be without insurance and Pets Best is a great one for us.”

“It comes in handy for bigger procedures or emergencies (ones actually covered) which have happened maybe twice in 7.5 years. However it’s very frustrating to pay $100 a month (keeps going up) and when I submit a reimbursement form for one reason or another the stuff is not covered. I almost feel like I pay the monthly insurance for fun. Because there is always an excuse to not cover something. I’ve considered putting those $100 monthly aside and saving that money for when my dog needs something bigger (like an emergency etc). Because I feel like I’m paying a ton more than I’m actually getting coverage for. Feels like I pay insurance for no reason. I am overpaying, because I have the monthly insurance $100 and end up having to cover vet bills myself or get a ridiculously low amount of the bill covered, if any.”
