“several claims have taken too long to process, when I get a message from you saying that you are sorry for the delay even you know it is too long. On the good side claims are very easy to submit and the coverage is pretty good.”

“Pets Best has always been fair with their evaluation and payment of claims for my senior dog. Their client communication is excellent. If there are reasons why claim processing might be delayed, I have been kept informed. Payment of claims is generally very prompt.”

“Pets Best came through for me when I had a pet situation that evolved to an emergency. A young shelter cat that has a penchant for chewing on anything silicon met its match last month when a piece lodged in his intestine. After 4 days of vet & ER visits and imaging it quickly evolved to a fine and death need for emergency surgery. We only had Pets Best for 6 months but I used their web site to upload all the documentation and within a couple of weeks all 4 claims were processed and checks sent. I am a believe and customer for life. Thank you Pets Best.”

“I’ve had Pets Best since I adopted my mixed breed dog who was 4 months old at that time. My pup has had issues ever since I adopted him. If I didn’t have Pets Best I would not of been able to afford the care that he has needed. I send in the invoices and usually get reimbursed within 3 to 6 weeks.”

“I never write reviews, but Pets Best has been so phenomenal over the past two years as my dog has been treated for lymphoma. I’m so grateful that my sweet girl is still alive and doing great!
