“From $640 I paid the vet , pet best payed me only $175 dollars !! I think I would radar cancel !! What a scam!!”

“Takes weeks to get a claim paid. Very inconsistent on what gets paid out. Overuse the “previous condition” line so that nothing ever gets paid out. I will be canceling my policy”

“Pets Best insurance has been amazing! Our furbaby has been generally healthy so we haven’t had to use it much, but it’s been great when we needed it! It’s very easy to submit a claim and they are quick to reimburse us. The cost is also reasonable for the coverage you get. Highly recommend!”

“PetsBest is very flexible - I can choose what deductable I want to pay and therfore what my monthly payment will be. And they respond very quickly when I submit a claim. It's also nice to know that they pay based on the actual bill and not what they consider to be fair. It's really good coverage.”

“While the plan offers the coverage, copay and deductible I needed the amount of time it takes for claims to be reviewed and paid is significantly longer than other providers I have had in the past. It results in my having to move money around to pay credit cards (to not incur interest) which is an ongoing issue every time I submit a claim. Other providers reimburse with a week or 2 at the latest but Pets Best consistently takes 4-6 weeks to reimburse claims. Also this survey asks questions regarding "delivery" items which doesn't seem applicable. You may want to review the optional survey questions.”
