“As a pet owner and “dog mom” to many, I highly encourage pet insurance & Petsbest to all of my family, friends and anyone that seeks advise or experiences. Pre-existing conditions are unfortunately still a thing and rules out a lot for some dogs but dogs that do not have any history of illness or issues, it has been a godsend to saving their lives, extending their lives and providing my heart with knowing together Petsbest and I did everything we could to provide the best medical treatment for my pets. I’ve insured a puppy on up to my senior dogs and unfortunately experienced major illnesses and still perfectly healthy pets. Without a doubt, my pets have benefited vastly from having Petsbest by my side to care for them. Do your pet and family a favor by investing in this insurance. The app is easy to use and the plans are extremely easy to adjust to any budget with wide deductible & coverage options. Petsbest was there for me to cover major, sudden surgeries for a puppy; a sudden brain tumor for a senior pet of mine, years after having coverage that further assisted in radiation treatments and more. They were also there for my dogs through elderly years and having arthritic pain as they aged. I’m thankful Petsbest has been around for years to help me give my dogs the best quality of life possible. I hope you consider Petsbest insurance for your pets, the way my family and I have for ours.”

“I spend a lot of money on my three dogs. I have been sending in my claims so I can reimbursed. I have used Vetco. They gave me a receipt that is itemized, and the claims keeps getting rejected. Why am I spending money each month to get rejected? The purpose for me getting insurance for my three pets was to get reimbursed when I take my pets to the vet. I am looking for other insurance companies so I can switch. Also, I have been telling friends and family members about the terrible service I have been receiving.”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for my dogs for decades. Their Wellness Ryder helps with basic pet needs. When the catistrophic conditions unfortunately occur, Pets Best Insurance is amazing at helping with the extravagant medical bills.”

“It is terrible. They do not rimbuse like any of the other pet insurance companies. That is why the cost is less the others. I chect wi 5 companies and they all reimbursement by iindustry standards. Don’t use them they rip of customers”

“I have submitted several claims for our golden doodle in the last couple of years..Pets Best has always covered them and in a timely manner!! So glad we have the insurance for our Oakleys..🐾”

“Very slow and honestly my paperwork says they cover 150 for spay and they only paid 128. App is garbage, crashes constantly or does the spinning circle and you have to relogin on every screen. I finally just started using web page.”

“I have tried to call, chat. I cannot get an answer about my claim April 15 # 9717518. It tells me on the app that a check was sent. I do not have it yet. I spoke to your agent and the check was sent April 28. I will call back in 1 week If I have not recieved it. She says the check is only good for 14 days. Good to know. Agent was very informative.”

“My dog became very sick Tuesday night and immediately went to a 24 hr emergency clinic that was open. The bill was high but of course we will do anything for out beloved pets. The insurance covered most of the bill and I was extremely satisfied. Thank you !!”

“Pets Best is a GREAT company! The most reliable and trustworthy company of any type I have ever dealt with. Pets Best has paid every claim I have ever submitted promptly and fairly. They have truly been a godsend reimbursing me for costly medical bills especially as my two female kitties have gotten older and required more medical attention and care. I recommend Pets Best to every pet parent I meet.”

“Every year I have to do my annual checkups and every year I get an EOB stating they wont cover it because I already exhausted the coverage. I keep trying to space these appointments OVER a year apart and yet somehow they still wont cover it so idk... not the best insurance and I am not happy with their coverage or handling of my claims. I'm sure there are better out there and will be researching this and probably switching. Out of a $690 vet bill for updated shots and a checkup for 2 pets, they maybe covered about $200 even though I signed up for the 70% coverage tier.”
