“We purchased insurance with well-care for our new puppies. Had their first visit with our vet and received their 2nd set of vacinations. Submitted a claim, which was easy, and received the expected reimbursmewnt in a timely manner. We received the EOB before payment and customer service was great in explaining the process.”

“Pets best been great since i have my puppy since 8 weeks on insurance, they have paid all the claims, no problems and good prices and plans and thy even pay for rechecks But of course Pure breed will be more money just it take a little bit to get paid back up to 3 weeks Get insurance when puppy not older thats the key”

“Pets Best is overall excellent! We have had this insurance for approximately 4 1/2 years and it has saved us numerous times paying large bills! We have three dogs. A French bulldog, Olde English Bulldog and a Beagle mix. I have needed this insurance for all three dogs. From Addison's disease on the Beagle mix to CCL surgery on both knees of the Old English Bulldog over a 2 year period and French Bulldog needed hereditary surgery for narrow nasal passage and saccules removed from throat and a hooded vulvo . This insurance has saved us thousands of dollars in the long run. Yes the premiums go up every year but worth it to us! Our mix bread dogs...the Oldde English Bulldog and Beagle mix.....MIX BREADS ARE CHEAPER to INSURE! The French Bulldog is highest to insure. We are glad to have 80-90% coverage with $250-$500 deductible. We complain about monthly payments but well worth it if you can afford it. You pay the vet bills upfront and get reimbursed by Pets Bets.I only gave 4 stars because I feel more things should be covered. I am grateful to be able to have this insurance for loving dogs❤️”

“Takes very long with claims, incorrectly diagnosed my kitten with a preexisting condition and wouldn’t reimburse a wellness appointment even though it was his first ever visit with the vet.”

“I’ve been using Pets Best for years and I’m now on my 3rd dog, 2nd service dog. Read all the info before you pick a plan, so you don’t miss something, because they do what they say, which is a good thing.”

“After hearing the turn around time for claim payment from friends with other companies, I would likely not recommend Pets Best. It took over 3 weeks for payment and I submitted electronically.”

“This insurance has been there when I needed it and one I always recommend. This last claim taking about a month for reimbursement, it’s a direct deposit that is supposed to be faster. That is why the four stars.”

“took a long time for the claim to be determined. Then couldn't figure out why last time I purchased the flea and tick meds, they paid 75%;but this time they paid nothing. Go figure. Needless to say, not a very satisfied customer right now and am looking for alternatives.”

“It’s easy to submit a claim. They sent an email notifying me that the claim was still in process and apologizing for the wait when it wasn’t done in their predicted time frames. And the funds went right back into my bank account.”

“While our pet aged out of the affordability of an all inclusive plan, we have kept an accident plan for many years. It has come in handy, and the Pets Best team has been great in reviewing and administering the one accident and according claims associated with the animal. Thank you Pets Best!”
