“Im so happy I not only decided to get dog insurance but that it is with Pets Best. I wasn’t sure what company to select when I first started dog insurance three years ago, however, after doing some diligence I selected pets best. Their claim process is easy, painless, and incredibly responsive. It is important to have a good vet office that itemized receipts but realistically if your vet doesn’t do that to begin with then you should find a new one. Owning dog daycares means I interact with tons of pet parents. Any given day at one store we have 130 dogs. Their isn’t a pet parent that’s met me that hasn’t heard me preach two things: 1. Every dog should be on insurance; You wouldn’t have a child and not have them on insurance so why is it different with a four legged family member. Emergencies always happen at the wrong time. 2. Research what company is best for you but personally, I would be shocked to find another company that is as amazing as pets best. Thank you to the pets best team for providing my dogs and myself with the tools we need to live our lives confidentially and freely. -Brandon”

“The service has gone extremely downhill since PetsBest was acquired by another company. Claim processing takes almost a month then they increased my premium 25% for renewal when my pet has minimal claims, is in perfect health, and she has been covered by PetsBest for almost her entire life. It's extremely disappointing to see the decline”

“Pets Best has always processed my claims and paid me within a month or less. My latest claim was processed in under two weeks. Just like all insurance, my premium does increase annually, but that is to be expected.”

“New Customer been with Pets Best for approx. 6 months. I was shocked that it took over a month for my vet bill to be reviewed and reinbursement paid. The amount reinbursed was not even close to what I thought it would be $600 dollar bill and they paid out only a third of the total.”

“I want to lead with I am not excited about the constant price increases. Aside from that, this company has served me and my pets fairly well and have supported us through some of the most traumatizing experiences. If I could give a 4 1/2 I would, but I can’t say you’re getting a 4 star”
