“Disappointed, promise one thing and them are other. You visit your veterinary worried because your dog has his nodes suelen thinking in the worse, weeks later they need repet same these and they don't cover because they consider wellness, you call explain everything , they tell you are right but nobody give you back your money. And going cancel after three years have the police”

“I am so happy I decided to get insurance when I got my French Bulldog 4yrs ago as she was recently diagnosed with IVDD and to date has had 2 surgeries. I am more then pleased with Pets Best as they came through quickly and efficiently with my claims. I would highly recommend Pets Best for all your fur baby needs. I can't thank them enough for saving my babies life.”

“We are so glad that we purchased insurance for our new puppy. One trip to the emergency vet and it has already paid for itself. Filing the claim was easy and we received a reimbursement check about a week later. We would recommend Pets Best to any pet owner.”

“Customer service is terrible to try and get in the phone. They're refusing to cover a diagnosis saying it's a pre-existing condition even though it was only diagnosed after 3 months of me paying for insurance.”

“So glad we have it, we hardly needed it…. BUT in last 4 months our poor dog had several medical issues, didn’t have to ask ourselves if we could get needed medical help due to costs. Submitting claims very easy, receiving reimbursements was done in timely manner.”

“My vet suggested getting insurance for my new Yorkie. My previous Yorkie had some major illnesses at the end of her long life; I was well aware that emergency hospitalization, specialists, and advanced treatments for pets could be expensive. She mentioned Pets Best. I submitted the application easily, online. The waiting period was a couple of weeks. Submitting my first claim entailed using the app and taking a picture of the vet's receipt. To my surprise, the vaccinations were covered, and the reimbursement was in the bank within days of the appointment. Out of the gate, Pet's Best was a win.”

“Pet's Best has been great for our youngest black laborador who unfortunately required surgery for elbow dysplasia. He had already developed arthirtis in the joint and has been receiving long term physical therapy and pain management. Pet's Best has been excellent with communcation, the EOBs are straightforward and it has been a welcome relief to deal with a reputatble pet insurance company after a previous bad experience with pet insurance from a different provider.”
