“Thankfully I haven't needed to use our Pet insurance these past 5 or so years until recently. It has been a comfort knowing they were covered in case we needed it. Recently one of our dogs had testing and scans which ended up in needing major surgery. The last thing I wanted to worry about was the gigantic vet bills and reimbursements. I called and spoke with Cindy, who helped me understand the claim process and what our policy was, deductibles etc. I was honestly relieved and suprised at how easy it was to file claims. I received email confirmation immediately after submitting the paid bills and about a week or so before I received the EOB for payment reimbursement. We are happy with Pets Best Insurance and recommend them to family and friends.”

“We’ve been very happy with Pets Best and have insured three of our dogs with them. We’ve found Pets Best to provide us with great customer service, and the coverage has been exemplary for the treatment of our 5-year old Frenchie who is suffering from an inoperable brain tumor. All of our claims have been reimbursed in a couple of weeks, which is fair.”

“Claims process takes too long. Customer service staff friendly and knowledgeable most of the time. Last call when I asked about the explanation of benefit the customer service person wasn’t able to answer saying she couldn’t see any information on her screen that it takes a while to appear on her side. Otherwise portal easy to use and upload.”

“I have had the same pet insurance for the last 4 years supporting my our Chocolate Lab and German Shepherd. My Chocolate Lab is now 7.5 years old and has had hip and joint issues. He has had to have surgery on both legs, specifically the knees. To my surprise, Pets Best has a "Bilateral" section to where if there is an issue on one leg, they cover for insurance. If there was another issue one the other side leg, no matter how long in between occurances, insurance does not cover it due to the Bilateral clause. I do not agree with this and I think there should be room for negotiation to have the bilateral issues covered.”

“Waiting for a answer.....two of my dogs got the exact shots and received different amounts back on each dog when they were the exact shots for both 45 on one 30 on the other still waiting on answer after calling them immediately”

“We have had PetsBest pet Insurance since our little puppy was a puppy. She (Luna Marie) will be 10 yrs young in October and we still see her as a puppy. PetsBest has been there for our Luna. All we do is send in Vet Invoice and within a couple of weeks a reinbursement is in our acct.”
