“Pets Best has been great for us. Submitting a claim is very easy, and reimbursement has been quick and straightforward. We switched from Embrace after repeatedly running into reasons why services wouldn’t be covered, which became frustrating. With Pets Best, the process has felt much more transparent and hassle-free. It’s given us a lot more peace of mind knowing claims are simple to submit and actually get reimbursed.”

“The app is easy and upload paperwork on. They confirm quickly and explain reimbursements/denials in a way that makes sense. Would be nice to get reimbursements quicker, but I’m just happy to get some relief from high vet bills.”

“You have a nice customer service sales agent with whom I spoke on the phone (Norma) she gets two stars; however you did not process my claim for my dog’s MRI which is covered under my current policy, so I’d appreciate a review and reimbursement for that.”

“always help out and pay out quick and easy. my 5yr old female tore both acls back to back. about $11,000 each knee. killed me but they paid back the amount they were supposed to within 10 days both times.”

“When I submit a claim through the app, I always get the message that there was an error and when I first started doing it, I would submit another claim because I didn’t think the first one took, but then I found out both of them were there and I had duplicates. Secondly, it seems like I have to submit documentation and receipts numerous times before the claim is processed. No data has changed on any of the documents that I submit. It just seems like they delay the process by asking for them again. I’ve had a claim closed out, saying it was a duplicate of another but the one that was closed out was for an RX and the other claim was for the office visit. I had submitted them on one, but they were like no you have to have to submit 2 different claims if there is more than one receipt. SoI separated them out and then I got told it was a duplicate, even though one was for prescription and the other was for an office visit. It’s been almost a month now and that’s still pending resolution. Would I recommend them fully? No. Reimbursement and claim process is not good.”

“We have had excellent experience with pets best for our golden doodle. He was in the hospital with erilechios from a tick bite And they covered 80 percent, which was alot.”

“This is by far the best pet insurance out there. They are timely in their response to claims. The amount went up yearly but within reason as we use the insurance all the time. Really is a great insurance for your pet.”

“I have loved Pets Best in the past and appreciated their support and prompt payments when our now deceased dog had cancer. But when we adopted a new rescue dog and signed her up immediately and took her to the vet, the claims were denied because there was a 14 day waiting period we were unaware of. I could understand it if there was a pre-existing illness but we took her for necessary vaccines not provided by the rescue organization. I was disappointed after our previous excellent experiences. I would have given them 5 stars in the past.”

“I signed up for Pets Best Pet Health Insurance right before bringing my kittens home, and I’ve been very glad I did. The claims process has been simple, claims have been paid quickly, and there has been very little need for additional information or back-and-forth. It has made unexpected vet expenses much less stressful, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience so far.”
