“I have been unable to get in touch with a real representative who can assist me with my vet visit claims. I am unable to submit forms because it says I didn't have vet visits when I did. There is no way to contact someone and I even want to cancel my insurance so I can get in touch with someone to help. There are long delays in claims being processed. The telephone is all automated there is 0 support. Awful company. Unsure why it is asking about customer service because there is none but if someone can contact me (PERSON) that would be helpful. I am still waiting to here back from an email I sent.”

“I filed a claim December 9th it took until January to get it approved. It was just a regular procedure which was covered. I didn’t receive my payment until January 7 totally unacceptable.”

“Their website used to be easy to access not sure what they've done but I can't log in now. I'm tired of paying the highest rate to get told my claims don't qualify. The only reason I stay is because my dog is 7 and has previousl health issues.”

“Understandably this was a large claim that we submitted for an accident which occured on 12-5-25 and that staffing was more than likely limited due to the holidays, however, this claim took a long time to process and we have still not been paid. Having to wait an additiona 5-7 business days for payment to hit our bank account seems excessive, especially in that PetsBest does not delay in taking our premium payment. We'd like to see improvement in the processing time not only for claims but for payouts.”

“Only a few submission steps and these may be done by your Vet's Office. Reviewed fairly quickly! This has saved us so much as we have a dog with allergies. I just signed up my new puppy! The best advice my vet ever gave me was to get pet insurance!”

“Delayed response times. Poor customer service. I even had a customer service representative get an attitude with me on the phone. I'm very disappointed and would love to leave pets best, but the insurance industry has me locked in with pre-existing conditions.”
