“I have had this insurance for years and have always paid my vet bills and never used the insurance. I had a larger bill this month and said why not use it… and I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Thanks !”

“Covers things I would expect, but on a lower margin; reimbursing less than what I payed. Accessing my account online challenging since I changed email addresses. My profile shows the current/correct address, but I need to use the old Email to get to my account. Many phone calls, no change.”
