“Pets Best has paid urgent care claims quickly for our little guy's broken leg. Follow ups are stll under review but we have a lot of confidence in the company's policies. We've been customers for 6 years.”

“I was really hesitant about getting pet Insurance but after this year of my pet having an accident I am really glad we got it. Although it does take some time for them to review it and do the claim ,It is really something all pet owners should think about. So far I am really happy with Pets Best.”

“coverage is just as it says- no trying to avoid paying. It is very expensive for an older dog, but one visit to the ER can wipe ot the premium costs. I would never have a pet without insurance and these guys are fair and the claims site is easy to naviagate”

“Beware, PetsBest raises my premium over 19% each year. That is an exhorbitant amount to be charging. Additionally, over 1/2 of the claims I submit don't get paided out within their antispated time frame. I do not recommend using this company.”

“Horrible service they look for reasons not to pay, $700 bill and they pay $200 while I pay $130 a month for insurance, will be canceling soon”

“I’ve had pets best for 8 years, ever since my dog was a puppy. They honor all provisions in our agreement, they communicate well, it’s very easy to file claims on line. I recommend them to everyone.”
