“My dog got attacked and I was so thankful I had Pets Best insurance. I was so stressed about getting him the care that he needed in order to be okay and thanks to Pets Best, that stress was relieved. My dog was able to get the care he needed and deserved and now is dong well! ALSO, got reimbursed so quickly. I often say getting pet insurance was the best thing my 25 yo self did!”

“Our 4 year old Australian Shepherd got cancer. He went through radiation and miraculously survived from deaths door. Pets Best never questioned a single bill and covered everything. I couldn't believe how smooth it was, I now recommend them to everyone.”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for my three dogs for several years and their service has always been excellent. After loosing my eldest boxer, Pets Best took care of cancelling his policy after the final claim was completed. They also sent out a sympathy card that meant so much to me during this difficult time. I recently called regarding a claim for my younger dog and spoke to a very knowledgeable, efficient, and caring woman named Melissa. In addition to taking care of my questions, she expressed her deep condolences for my Boxer with beautiful sentiments. Thanks Pets Best!”

“Pets Best has gotten so much better in terms of response time on claims and not being crazy nit-picky about what they will cover. I have been using them for both of my dogs for over 5 years now. Unfortunately the price has gone up a bit each year, but still, it is good coverage and reliable.”

“I've been with Pets Best for years now. I have three dogs so veterinary bills can really add up and put a dent in your budget. I recently took my dog in for her routine annual exam and my dog has been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure requiring some cardiac medicine. Pets Best processed the claim in a very timely manner. I love my dogs and try to do everything I can to ensure that they have a good life. Insurance through Pets Best enables me to do that. Also anytime I've called, their team has always been very responsive.”
