“My claim started Bavck in Nov 10 2025, I am still pending to be paid out after multiple issues with the Portal and commnication, this has been an extremely challenging experience at this time i have yet to receive a call back after multiple request in refernce to multiple emails regarding peding info that has been sent Multiple times. ATTENTION IS NEEDED.”

“OK, my opinion has nothing to do with Pets Best specifically, but pet insurance in general. Based on my recent experience, I cannot find any value in having pet insurance. This is due to the high premium, deductible, and coinsurance costs. For me, in 2025, I spent over $1500 out of pocket for the premiums and the cost of my dog's recent surgery. For that I received $80 in reimbursements. So thank you, but no thank you. I will not be renewing my policy for 2026.”

“Pet's Best insurance has been a lifesaver for us. From the time our puppy came home, she was prone to ear and skin infections. Having Pet's Best insurance has allowed us to get her the best care possible, without breaking the bank. We are especially happy with how easy it is to submit a claim and get reimbursement based on our chosen plan. While it can take some time to be reimbursed, everything is always done correctly and with attention to detail. My only complaint would be they do not pay the vet directly for services, so I have to be sure to always set aside so much for possible emergencies. I still wouldn't go without pet insurance. Pet's Best is the BEST!”

“Disappointed that I purchased the well care add on to my pets insurance and two years in a row it was barely worth the investment. As my insurance premium rises I need to question whether or not I will continue with this company.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Pets Best. They make filing claims SO EASY! Their customer service is so friendly and helpful. I tell EVERYONE about them! one of my dogs was hospitalized and needed to be in the ICU and receive multiple blood transfusions - happy to say she’s HEALTHY and doing better than ever; we didn’t have the financial worry. Pets Best paid me back 90% of my 14k bills!!! Get. the. Insurance!!!”

“After a year of coverage for my pet's allergy issue, I just recieved a denial. They did a retrospective audit of my claims and determined they "overpayed" and would not be covering the claims going forward. They had all the records from the very beginning of the claim for review. Either they didn't know what they were doing to begin with or decided they didn't want to have any more claims to pay. Poor service. Will not recommend them going forward.”

“Prior to November 2025, Pets Best always had a very quick reimbursement turnaround time. However, after submitting multiple claims not requiring any additional medical history, I experienced weeks delay receiving reimbursements. Also, in late October 2025 website experiencing issues and I was unable to submit claims for several weeks, Pets Best did acknowledge the issue, but not issues accepting my monthly payment. I have always recommended Pets Best but hesitant to continue since claim reimbursements have been delayed.”
