“I have been a pet best insurance holder for 20 years now. Best insurance company ever I always have insurance for all my pets just in case. And over the course of the years it’s been a staple in our house. I usually select the most coverage minus the vaccines for heaven forbid stuff recently we when we needed a pet best the most they helped us without their insurance. Our dog would not be alive so thank you from the bottom of our heart pet. Best we will always be with you as our service provider sincerely, Hampton owners”

“I’ve been using pets best for a lifetime of my pet. I never wanted it to come down to money as to whether I could keep my dog alive or not. It’s more than ever paid off in so many ways. They are extremely reasonable and easy to use I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to ensure their pets.”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for many years for my dog. They are very attentive and extremely caring! The policies they offer are wonderful! Whenever a claim is filed, the review process starts immediately. If they need additional information, they will contact the Vet themselves. I have no complaints whatsoever! I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance for all of your pets!”

“I can not say enough nice things about Pets Best. I had Nationwide pet insurance for years and I always felt anxiety when I submitted a claim; what would they pay for, how would they find a reason not to pay. Pets Best has been amazing. they process claims quickly and are honest about what the policy covers. Even when our dog got very sick, they quickly took care of the claim in a timely manner and brought us peace of mind. Thank you Pets Best!”

“Not worth the trouble. Had to resubmit accident blame because it was denied. They didnt bother to get vet info and jist denied it right off the bat. Had to appeal then it was accepted and with copay etc o ky got like 40 bucks back. Definitely more trouble than it was worth.”

“The website is down and has been for a while. It frequently is having issues. I pay my monthly bill on time every month. I need to put my claims in. I’m very frustrated please fix these issues. Fix your servers.”

“I have had pets best since my second dog a few years back and they have always been quick and responsive with reimbursements. It’s been a few years now and I just adopted a my new dog, Ellie. Signed up for pets best because I had such a great experience. Went for a check in and found out Ellie has a congenital heart defect. Surgery went well and pets best again, proved to be as good as I remembered. They reimbursed the costs without any back and forth. They have truly been the best pet insurance I have ever dealt with. Everything is seamless and easy to deal with. Never even had to call customer service for any reason. This kind of service and coverage is unheard of. I would recommend their insurance over and over again. Best in the market. Thank you so much pets best!”

“Extremely frustrated with the claims process. It is cumbersome, and I've experienced repeated rejections for claims, including a recent one for an infected tooth. Despite providing full veterinary records, the claim was rejected after months of waiting—and only recently labeled a 'pre-existing condition.' This lack of transparency and the pattern of initial denials for valid medical issues makes the service feel unreliable.”

“I can't imagine how Pets Best could be any more accommodating. My questions, before fiing my first claim (followed by several more) were anwered pleasantly and patiently. The Claims section of the website was seamless. And best of all, the claims were approved and paid within days of submission. I am so grateful, and so glad I took out this insurance when our Tatertot was a pup.”

“Reimbursement takes too long. A one off is fine, but I've received an apology for the delay email for every claim submission I've made. Also would like a wellness dental option that covers more than $150 a year. These 2 reasons have me shopping for a new insurance company to go with.”

“Honestly pretty disappointed. I had the wellness coverage for my dog which is supposed to be 100% covered only to get not even 50% of my bill covered for the most basic things like vaccines and your typical annual exam. I lowered my coverage to the bare minimum since that’s all you’ll get back as far as reimbursement anyways”
