“This is the first time I've had to submit a claim. I was delighted to see how quickly it was processed, within a week. The only reason I gave it a four not at five star rating is that it is not transparent why I received the refund on the individual line items on my invoice for the tests my cat needed. Im not arguing with the amount of the refund, but would have appreciated a breakdown by line item, with explanatory notes for each line on the invoice, on the size of the refund stated. This woul have been useful for future reference.”

“Terrible insurance company. Have not paid a single claim. They said my dog had a preexisting condition of allergies and all of that based on one caddie shot. Dog has not had a single issue but talking to insurance company is useless. Biggest rip off I’ve ever seen.”

“I have had Petsbest for quit some time and I appreciate them. They let me know if it will take more time to process my claim and just recently my claim was done in a week.”

“The app never works and you have to verify the account everything you log in somewhere else that’s not the app. We’ve waited months for claims to be reviewed but that process has gotten better recently. Also it seems like most things we submit are not accepted for reimbursement.”
