“Your not what you say you are. You take too much time to review claims and I have a super policy covers up to 90% yet never am I close to that. There's always an excuse the fee schedule used to dictate wt something should cost might work 30 years ago but not now. There by I don't get the coverage promised. I'm getting a second dog and I'm already looking into other options. A very disappointed dissatisfied customer here”

“I would have given you a five-star rating if your deductible was a one-time thing once it was reached, instead of a yearly one! But, on the whole, PetsBest Insurance is the best pet insurance I've had so far! Thank you for that!”

“They take a long time to review and process of your claims. They go up every year by $30 whether you use the insurance or not. Most claims are not even covered. And I had one of their best and expensive insurance policies that you can get with them or the building and whistles and still a lot of claims weren’t covered.”

“Great company. Filing claims is easy and they are very quick to reimburse. I filed two claims on 8/11/25 and expected it to take a bit of time. They sent a emails on 8/25 apologizing for the delay! I didn't think two weeks was too long. Reimbursements posted to my bank on 8/29.”

“I have both my pets with Pets Best policies and they have always been fantastic to deal with and quick turn around for reimbursement. I will never have another pet without insurance with Pets Best.”

“I've had the insurance for 5 years on my mini goldendoodle. Very happy with customer service, ease of filing claims and reimbursement. But, was shocked to see the huge increase of my premium this year. A lot to think about.”

“I have been so impressed with Pet's Best! Every time we've filed a claim, it has been processed in under a month, our reimbursement has been delivered in elss than 1 week, and they are communicative throughout the process. In this instance I did call customer service with some questions about the claim, and they were so helpful in getting me the information I needed and assuring me I was submitting the paperwork correctly. Beyond all of that, I am so impressed with the coverage Pet's Best provides. My pets and I are so grateful, and I always have peace of mind when unexpected pet expenses come up, as I know Pet's Best will provide me with the best coverage and service possible. Thank you!!”

“Pets best increased the price of my plan almost double this year. My dog has no health issues and is still extremely young. They stated the increase was based on other customers. That is an inappropriate and unfair way to run the business.”

“Pets Best Health Insurance has mostly been very good for us and our dog Jazz. However, this year, it seemed to be more prevalent than in previous years to question my claims --i.e. they were saying they were "unreadable." That had never happened before -- and it was frustrating; but at least it seems to be straightened out now. And your staff is very nice and good to work with!”

“This is my first time purchasing and using pet insurance for my new puppy. Years ago I was not really an option and I've incurred numerous expenses for labs over the last 25 years -- having owned 5 now. The claims process is FAST, EASY and exactly as stated in the policy. Routine blood work for spay appointment, uploaded the invoice and before I could have the spay appointment the reimbursement was in process to me. Amazing! i've recommended it to everyone. The coverage, the cost, the peace of mind knowing if something happens my beloved lab puppy is covered really means so much. Highly recommend.”

“This is the 3rd insurance provider I have used for pet insurance and by far the best. Never have to fight with them about getting a claim approved, the prices are great, covers cancer and breed specific issues, and has am unlimited policy option. The areas where they could improve are the app and claim processing times. The app has some permissions bugs and send you to the browser to complete may tasks. The claims processing times are slower than I'd personally like but they aren't terrible. It's not months long but 2-3weeks.”
