“This is the second time I had to wait weeks for a simple yearly checkup turnaround. Perhaps for folks that have money, this is an effective way to handle insurance (reimbursement after payment) but for those of us who are trying pet insurance to offset the cost of service due to the rising costs of living and healthcare in general, it doesn't make sense. Either a quicker turnaround is needed, or, like regular insurance, some of the cost to the customer needs to be eaten up front, not only reimbursed. Please do better.”

“The process was easy to submit an claim on the app and it was pretty quick. The only annoying part was the poor service when calling in to talk to a representative. I wanted to ask if about coverage to be told nothing but the rep. Then she asked if she aswered all my quesitons? Obciously not, you said answered nothing.”

“Pets Best insurance gave me extra time with my best friend. After my dog received a devastating cancer diagnosis, the medical coverage for her treatment allowed her another year and a half of pets, play, and love. I could not be more thankful for their support of the veterinarian bills and how easy it was to submit and receive reimbursements for claims. I tell all of my fellow pet-owners that this insurance was the best thing I ever did and would recommend it for anyone looking into it.”

“Our dog is having a rough year, health-wise, and we wouldn't be able to afford the care he needs if we didn't have coverage with Pets Best. Our claims are always processed within a few weeks -- enough time that benefits are paid before the credit card bill comes due. This guy is the first pet I've insured, and I'm so grateful we did it. The financial consenquences of his care are one less thing to worry about -- we can focus on getting him well.”

“Pet's Best saved me thousands of dollars with their coverage after my sweet little baby boy chi Barney had a pulmonary embolism. I was so very thankful to have their insurance coverage, and they paid out very quickly after submission. Very pleasant customer service people on the phone and they always get back to me quickly via email.”

“Pets Best is truly the BEST health insurance for your beloved pets. I have had 5 of my Pupkids covered by Pets Best over the years and they have actually improved their coverage and I have literally had no problems with them. You don't realize how much you need this coverage until your furkid needs vet care. With Pets Best, you won't have the worry about the cost because you're pet will be covered!! Pets Best also has great customer service.”

“Pets Best premiums went up 45 dollars a month and the reasons behind are all empty with nothing else than a money grab. I feel like I am being robbed and they prey on people that love their pets”

“They keep closing claims even though I have documented emails that show records are being sent from my Vet to Pets Best and I keep having to call them to reopen the claim.”
