“I have two dogs covered under Pets Best Insurance. I have had to use my policy on both animals over the past few years. There were no hassles and filing my claims were easy. My polilcy paid for everything as required by my contract including prescriptions. There were no excuses, no unexpected denials, no problems! On occasion the processing of claims is slow but they are paid. I have had no problem referrring my family and friends to Pets Best. I will cover all of my future pets with this company as they are honest and do what they say they are going to do!”

“DO NOT BUY THE InSURANCE. This is the worst pet insurance I’ve had. They take forever to process emergency high bill claims and keep saying g they can’t get more info from your vet which is not true. My vet confirmed no one has contacted them. They then say the claim time is done, they’re not denying it, it’s closed due to time. You can defile again which I’ve done two previous times. This is ridiculous and their way of not paying a claim.”

“Pets Best has been essential for our German Shepherd as he's gotten older and experienced some health issues. The Pets Best portal makes filing claims very simple and reimbursements happen automatically after they are processed. I have recommended Pets Best to several friends based on our experience.”

“I’ve had PetsBest since 2020, the claims process has definitely improved over the years. Still a bit upset that they are linking non-issues to allergies from a 13 week puppy visit to a 2 year full blown allergy attack. Even with 3 specialists writing a letter that they ARE NOT related the adjusters word is final. So purchase insurance the day you bring your pup home.”

“Great insurance, fair pricing, good payout after deductible and ability to tailor the policy to fit your needs. Would recommend. Sometimes payouts take a while, so that is something to consider if it’s important to you.”

“Best Best was amazing when my dog was going through surgeries and testing to find out what was going on. Anytime I had to reach out to them they were very helpful and courteous. They have a couple of different ways to submit your claims, and very detailed explanation of benefits. I highly recommend them.”
