“Filing my dog's medical claim on the Pets Best website was simple and easy. Procesisng of the payment went smoothly and in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with Pets Best insurance claim process.”

“Your service has been amazing over the last years. However the way you handled customer service during the outage was beyond rediculous. That was the most rediculous obcese way you could have possibly handled that situation. WTF.”

“Super high copay. Human insurance copay is per visit. How come the dog copy is per procedure? I had one visit with $89 copay. The copay is insanely higher than human. The insurance is generally worthless. I would rather save money in the bank instead if I can choose again”

“Genuinely surprised at how great of an experience having them as pet insurance has been, especially considering how bad of an experience I had with Lemonade. Super easy to file claims, quick turn around (for the most part) with a full breakdown of what you get back, quick direct deposit or check, and if there's any questions or they need additional information they contact the vet/hospital directly. I've never once had to interact with a human (not a complaint from me) and I wish human insurance worked this well!!”

“Processing claims has been a nightmare. Their site has been broken for a month. The agents by phone have been fantastic--really trying to be helpful--but it is truly astonishing that their system has been "broken" for this long. And even when claims are now being processed manually by email, items are getting denied and then when I'm directed to upload them, the sytem still breaks and won't allow me to resubmit my documentation.”

“These were my first claims I have submitted since joining Pets Best. Pretty quick turnaround and took my questions/concerns seriously and admitted when an error was done. Appreciate them being honest. I haven't seen the money in my account yet, but it's only been 3 business days.”

“Somehow was able to meet my deductible and run out of wellness benefits at the same time. They keep raising prices and are using AI to approve or deny claims. Im not renewing. My dogs allergy shot comes out to $1800 a year and they want $~2700 a year for insurance for 2 dogs. Can’t afford it. Id rather make my own saving account for the dogs and use my own money than play deductible games.”

“Your policies have hidden terms that allow you to circumvent reimbursement, especially for dental procedures. The maximum payments for common procedures and wellness are way too low. I spend more money on premiums than I really get in benefits. Rip off.”

“I've had Pets Best for 5 or 6 years now and I couldn't be happier. Their website is easy to navigate, and I've never had a problem. I have had 3 claims with no problems. They have always paid out quickly. I've only called Customer Service once and she was very helpful. I have recommended them to family and friends.”

“Pet;s Best always processes my claims within a timely manner and will keep me abreast of what is ocurring prior to. The customer service has been excellent whenever I've had to call in with a question abiout the policy.”
