“I really hate Pets Best. You chart me over $200 a month for my pets insurance which is more than I pay for 4 humans in my household. When I take him to a visit, I literally get nothing back. It's basically a catasrophic insurance plan which I never intended to get and I wish I had just put the monthly premium into a savings account rather then give it to this company.”

“We use this insurance for 4 dogs, two are seniors. Price seems fair. Coverage options we chose are working for us. Have to track the details of claims because claim coverage action can be confusing when mistakes are made by the reviewers. When I call to follow-up I get immediate and courteous help.”

All our claims have been very quickly processed, refunds issued quickly, communication with representatives are professional and kind. “This is literally the worst company I have ever experienced. Their website has been terrible for 2 straight and they blame it on Microsoft. The outage with Microsoft was less than 24 hours, the problems started BEFORE the Microsoft outage and continued well after, so that’s a complete lie. They still managed to collect their monthly payments with no problem and actually had the audacity to raise the rates by 50% for my pets (ages 2, 4, and 8 all in good health with no claims during the year I held the insurance). Trying to call customer service was a lesson in futility when you are on hold forever and still can’t get through. I would give this company 0 stars if that were an option. I’d recommend literally anything but Pets Best”

“I've been with Pets Best for 7+ years ,since my Dog was a puppy. Filing a claim online is quick and easy, reimbursement is typically 10- 14 days. My poor guy has had a bad rap with multiple health issues over the years, I've never had a single problem with their service, Pets Best truly gives me peace of mind ! Highly recommended to any pet parent 👍👍”
