“We've had some scary times at the Pet Emergency with our sweet little staffy. I can honestly say that having Pets Best Health Insurance has given us amazing peice of mind. We've been able to concentrate on the diagnosis and care options, without feeling terrified of the cost. Walking into any ER, pet or human without insurance is not a good option. Pets Best let's us focus our fur baby's health in the best possible way!”

“I have had Pets Best since I had my baby in 2020. He just passed last Friday. I am grateful that they processed my claims in a quick manner. Paying all my puppy’s emergency services, surgery and ICU was very costly. And losing him was heartbreaking. With Pets Best processing my claims and getting me reimbursed, it at least helps financially. No doubt, i will get pets best again for my future puppy.”

“Denied my claim at first for a bs reason. Had to resubmit for review and it took forever a response. Eventually I was mostly reimbursed but there was still some questionable parts that were denied. Typical insurance company behavior. Unfortunate.”

“I can't say enough good things about Pets Best Insurance. They always cover what we expect. We have never had an issue with claims or reimbursement...even with the larger $ claims. Their app is quick and easy to use; claims can be entered in minutes. Once submitted, the claims are quickly processed and payment is received a few days later. I highly recommend Pets Best!”

“I was so pleased when I called in and my questions were answered easily. The process with my claim was also very easy. The app is easy to follow and my claim was approved fairly quickly. I appreciate the email communications throughout the process. Highly recommend Pets Best. They helped me ensure my pup got the best care!”

“I think it's terrible that every time I submit a claim and have an itemized bill, it gets rejected. I have three dogs, which I pay a lot for each month. I have been using your company for over four or five years. Just having a paid statement from the Vet should be enough. I am tired of this nonsense and wish it would STOP!”

“Your prices suck and go up every year. Even though my dog doesnt have a lot of claims. Your coverage seems to cover less too. I used to really like yall but not anymore after all the changes and price increase. Im looking to switch to someone else.”

“Hands down the easiest experience I've had with insurance, pet and human. I've been with PetsBest since 2021 and recently added my new pup to the policy in 2025. I've had 2 claims during this time and they were both paid out promptly. The EOBs provided are easy to understand and I like the fact that I can modify the policy annually based on my pets' needs. The cost for my older dog increases every year, which I expect, but I feel the increase is fair and not at all excessive. I've read about other providers and looked into their offerings, but I've stayed with PetsBest because I feel the offer a quality policy at a fair price and they pay according to the agreement. I'm very satisfied!”

“I will be dropping the wellness as It barely reimburses you for anything! I regret purchasing this policy! 800 dollars for wellness check which includes vaccines and bloodwork and only received 255 back! It’s a waste”
