“First claim for dental is delayed. My vet sent all required documents and proof of payment. No edition yet. Dental cleaning was done during ACL surgery to minimize anesthesia for my dog.”

“Best pet insurance I've had. Tried to switch last year and it was a mistake. Filed a claim Friday and by next day Saturday had email of approved claim and notification money would be auto sent to my bank as usual.”

“I have both of my pets insured through Pet’s Best and I am very happy with it so far. To date, we have filed several wellness claims for my dog and a few illness claims for my cat and, each time, Pet’s Best processes the claims fairly and quickly. I also feel that the terms of the insurance policy are better than those of a policy that we previously had with another company. The premiums are also very affordable. Overall, I highly recommend Pet’s Best for pet insurance.”

“So far, so good. This is my first experience with pet insurance. I submitted a claim for the first wellness visit and Heartgard prescription. I received reimbursement of the majority of the bill within a week.”

“Pest Best is fine but the company should have the same person doing all of one pets claims. There has been alot of unecessary confusion on Pepperwink s claims because they dont know what the last agent did. Two of the claims had EOBs but the money never went to my checking account which I called to ask where the money was and then they got paid. I have had to call repeatedly to try to straighten out the ongoing confusion. I have been very frustrated. Otherwise, the agents have been friendly. There are still a couple that have issues..”

“My dog was diagnosed with cancer and had to have his leg amputated. After that, he had chemo treatments over the course of 5 months. Also follow up visits. Because of my insurance coverage with Pets Best, I was able to pay the vet who saved his life and we have been able to enjoy having my dog in our lives longer than he would have if I couldn’t afford to have him treated. Pets Best has covered 90% of the cost of everything we have had done and reimbursement only took 7-10 days after submitting the claims. I can’t thank Pets Best more for helping me save my dogs because I never would have been able to pay for all his treatments on my own.”

“I got my explanation of benefits stating my refund amount within a week (unusual even for Pets Best) with no hassle. Submitting the claim takes about 3 minutes and with dirext deposit, I should have it in a few days!”

“I have been a Pet’s Best client for over. 20 years. The insurance is good, but the claim division could use some work. Longer than expected wait for processing , and continued automatic rejection for rehab claims. When you call to resolve this, it is then referred to someone else and the wait is another 30 days, besides waiting on the telephone for sometimes over 45 minutes to speak to someone. It never used to be like this. When I first started claims were handled in less than ten days and the premiums are sky high now. They have eventually performed on all covered claims, just disappointing claims service Linda West Las Vegas, NV”
