Processing claims is not timely. Premiums are high and youg very little back after coinsurnce and deductible

Pets Best saved my kitten’s life and allowed us to get her the best care for her liver shunt. Today she is living symptom-free and we are so grateful to Pets Best for that gift. I cannot rave about them enough; they have come through for my pets on countless occasions. I’ve never had any issues with them and I recommend getting Pets Best for your pets so you are never in a position where you have to choose between financial hardship or saving your pet’s life.

Getting pet insurance from Pets Best has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Two of my dogs have needed costly surgeries that I’m not sure I could have afforded without the insurance helping. Thank you.!

We have been very pleased with Pets best insurance. We have also noticed that lately claims are taking much longer to get paid and they send out a notices "there has been a delay in payment for your claim" notices. Unsure if this is from lack of employees to process or what. Bit other than that we have a couple of our fur babies on policies with pets best..one of ours has been in the policy for 7 1/2 years.

Rates tripled in 5 years. Claim response has dropped. Will be checking with other providers. Very unhappy customer.

I have been unable to log on to my account for over a month due to a “system upgrade.” When I called, I was told that my only option was to email my receipts in. It took over a week to even get any kind of confirmation that they were received. Now I have an email saying that one of the receipts is unreadable but I have no idea which one since I emailed several in at once. If you asked me 6 months ago, I would have said that Pets Best was great.

I’m paying $88 a month and now I have to pay 103 because you wanna raise it without any explanation and when I submit a bill you tell me it’s no credit cards my deduction or any refund absolutely unacceptable The best part is there are other companies and competition with you at a very lower price that I can afford.

The insurance plan is good and claims are processed in due time. The main issue is to be able to access to the platform lately as their site is blocked by google, cannot be access from.browser chrome, if you go to progressive.com which is afiliated with this insurance, you get blocked also when you attempt to access to your account via progressive and the phone number provided by progrssive on tje site for reaching pets best is oit of service( you get a ring like a fax tone and that s it. I also check online for the issue and many people complain about the same issue. I went the extra mile to call pest best to report the incident, but i do not think it went nowhere. At least i did my citizen duties ;-)

The annual premium continues to go up. I feel like I can get a better deal with a different provider. Additonally, sometimes my claims are delayed. I am pleased, but not ecstatic with my coverage now. I was much happier before when I felt the costs were more reasonable

It took the company 4 weeks to decide on my first claim and then I tried for over 3 weeks to submit my second claim. Website kept giving me errors. I am very disappointed in this service and will be looking at other companies. Do better

When I first started using Pets Best, they were GREAT! Super-responsive and processed claims in a timely manner. Then a few months ago there started to be a lot of glitches--the app and website would be down, calling meant being on hold forever, and it seemed like claims weren't getting processed. While the communication issues seem to have been resolved (I haven't bothered trying to use the app since then), claims are still taking about a month to process (instead of 1-2 weeks like before) and since the reimbursements take about a week to get deposited, claims overall take more than a month to be resolved. If it had always been this way I would just assume that is normal, but the new "normal" seems to be claims taking twice as long to process.

I really like to policy and the easy way to sign up. However, the web site has been "under repair" for weeks and made it more difficult to process my claim.
