“Unfortunately I’ve had to use the insurance for both my cat and dog and it has been great! It sometimes takes 4-6 weeks for reimbursement but overall I’m extremely happy. My daughter also has Pets Best on her kitty at my recommendation.”

“I never had any issues until recently. Since October I've had issue logging in. I've called numerous times, they have 'sent IT a ticket' numerous times, and yet here I am FOUR MONTHS LATER and I STILL can't access my own account.”

“Pets Best tajes too long to process claims. Also, when trying to file a claim, whether on the app or my laptop, I have to try multiple times because of tech issues. If my dog didn't have a pre-existing issue, I would change insurance to another company.”

“Coverage is good but customer service is horrible. I’ve waited over a month for an email reply, and sat on hold for 1.5 hours just to be disconnected from their customer service line. Very frustrating.”

“There are so many wonderful options from Pets Best for all your pet's needs with their care! We had a well check visit at our vet's just recently, and putting in the claim was very easy! The reimbursement came very quickly, and the explanation of benefits and what was covered was simple and straightforward. Pets Best makes it very easy and affordable to have health coverage for your pet!”

“Pet's Best is truly the best insurance for pets. The amount of coverage my fur babies have is AMAZING! The monthly payments are so affordable compared to other companies and knowing they are insured gives me peace of mind. My pets receive the gold standard of medicine recommended by their veterinarians because Pet's Best allows me to focus on them and their care, rather than having to cut back on care due to finances.
