“Pets Best is the only pet insurance I have ever had so I can't really say how they compare price wise, but I can say that they have paid every claim that I felt they should with no questions or hassle. I would recommend them!!!”

“Pet’s Best has been a godsend. I have had insurance in the past for dogs and never needed to use. Questioned whether I should spend money on pet insurance for my older pup and so thankful I did. “It’s tough to write a review when I haven’t received reimbursements yet. Just waiting for a wellness visit one from last month. I was surprised, however, at how much the cost increases annually. I may have to look elsewhere.”

“I’ve had Pets Best for about two years for my now 2-year-old dog, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. While my dog is generally healthy, we’ve had multiple claims over the years for routine annual vet visits and more recently for a serious illness requiring multiple hospital visits and significant vet bills. The biggest issue is how slow and unresponsive they are. Claims take forever to process, emails go unanswered, and the app rarely works. The website is constantly glitching, and submitting a claim feels almost impossible at times. On top of that, the monthly premium is very high for what it covers. When I actually submit claims, a large portion is not covered, which defeats the entire purpose of having insurance in the first place. This experience has caused more frustration than peace of mind—especially while dealing with a sick pet. Overall, I would not recommend Pets Best based on my experience.”

“Pets Best is average insurance if you don't mind waiting weeks for them to approve or deny your claims. I've also had a difficult time reaching them with questions because there wasn't an online chat option available. I tried emailing with no response and gave up trying the phone number because of the long wait.”
