“Not happy that the premium has literally doubled in 5 yrs so I imagine by the time my dog is 10 yrs old, I will be paying over $200/month. Basically, like having another car payment…ridiculous! Also, they are very selective on what is covered.”

“I really think a discount for referring others or adding second/third pets would be nice. I have encourahged so many of my friends to use PetsBest, even my own vet! I have been a client for years and feel like this is the one thing missing from your sevice! Otherwise, very happy with my experience thus far.”

“Even after sending multiple documents in response to numerous emails and app requests that there wasn’t sufficient information, and speaking with Pets Best representatives, there are still continuous requests for more information! After spending thousands of dollars for pet insurance, are the minimal reimbursements worth the hassle? It’s like any other insurance you pay for… “Oh I’m sorry that’s not covered by your policy…” OR “We only reimburse for preventative medications once a policy year.” Really?!”

“I have mixed feelings about this company and the service. Whenever I talk to customer service on the phone, everyone is very nice and helpful as much as they can be. My rates have drastically gone up almost $150 from last year and when I called to get an explanation, the agents don’t know because the company hasn’t provided it. All I’m told is that insurance rates all over have gone up that bills have gone up. I don’t make a lot of money. My pets have been through various illnesses and things cost a lot most of the time this insurance doesn’t really feel like it helps me much because I barely hit my deductible at the end of the year and what they pay on doesn’t even include the total they exclude the tax so overall it just feels very Flimsy and unfortunately for me I’m stuck because anywhere else I tried to go wouldn’t help me with the chronic pre-existing conditions. The app doesn’t always work either and I’m always having trouble with it. But if I’m in an emergency, and it’s something very expensive, it will be helpful.”
