“I've had a Pets Best policy for my rescue cat since since he was 4 or 5 years old. He developed diabetes at age 9 or 10 and we made numerous trips to emergency vets getting his insulin dose regulated. He's now 16, and while his policy premium is high and carries a high deductible, it's comforting to know that he's covered for emergencies (stable so far, thankfully and working hard with great vet care to keep him that way) that can add up so fast! Turnaround times on claims processing have significantly improved of late and were always within reason.”

“They can be a bit pricey at first sight, but they cover almost everything my dog needs. I've had a few issues submitting claims online, but technical support is good, so the claims get submitted. Expensive, but worth it.”

“I have found Pets Best is very responive with any questions I have. Filing a claim is easy and the claim is processed in a very timely manner. Reimbursements are clearly defined and accurate. Our 3 Springer Spaniels are insured with Pets Best and will continue to be into the future.”

“The past 2 months have been something with our Finley. We’ve been to the vet a lot. And even though we have a deductible to meet and not everything is covered, I am pleased I do have this pet insurance. They keep me up to date on all the claims submitted. So, so far I’m pleased”

“They have always been friendly, helpful and professional when I've called. Very fast with reimbursements. The only complaint I have is with the amount of money it cost to cover all of my fur babies. But it cost alot for my insurance too and I don't get any money back on myself.”

“I put in 5 medications from different dates and the vet as well as the pharmacy. They were all approved by the next day! Thank goodness my vet recommended Pet's Best when I took in my lab puppy!”

“Unfortunately our dog had a serious issue and required vet care. We submitted the claim to Pets Best. The proces was pretty easy. While there was no contact until the claim was paid and we received an email with the accounting. Pretty quick pay schedule. 5-7 days. All good - we are happy with Pets Best.”

“In the past 6 years, I always had easy applications and reimbursements. However, recently, things have been difficult saying my submissions have been incomplete. Yet, I always send the same vet nvoice with the paid receipt. Perhaps the new software is not receiving correctly.”

“Great Pet Insurance, but customer service is horrible. If you need to contact someone by phone, be prepared to spend a hour on hold! Absolutely unacceptable!”
