“I was so skeptical about pet insurance, but after my experience with Pets Best, I'm a believer! My dog needed bloodwork and an X-ray for his imbalance, and I filed a claim for the first time. Pets Best processed it and reimbursed me in just one week! I highly recommend pet insurance to all pet parents out there. Pets Best is truly the best! 🐾🐶”

“I have used Pet's Best for years now for my two dogs. They offer multiple insurance choices and provide me with the security that if my dogs have a serious illness or accident, I can afford to provide them with care. Their payment for claims is rapid so that I can charge the care on my credit card and have the money to pay the charges off before my bill is due. I rarely have to ask for a review of the claim decisions--but when I have, they have always followed through. The explanation of benefits is easy to understand. I highly recommend this company.”

“My friend referred us to Pets Best and I’m glad she did. There are many choices for pet insurance and it can be difficult to choose. Pets Best is very easy to deal with. You can always get help on the phone and there customer service representatives are knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Their online upload portal does not work, so you have to submit everything by email. Then it takes a bit of time for them to receive the claim into their system by email, and then you go back and forth for a while with exchanging medical records or additional information. Sometimes it can take almost 30 days after submission to get the claim reimbursed. I am satisfied with the reimbursement amounts though!”
