“Our 1.5yr old lab had apparently been eating socks and we had been finding them in the yard after the snow melted. Shortly after, she started having issues. Come to find out she had ingested a sock too large to pass either way. This required surgery. Thankfully we had pet insurance to soften the blow! Thanks!”

“The employees are patient and clear when I call, and the app is convenient, but I have yet to see any evidence that Pets Best actually pays out for claims. My first claim was filed a year ago and they are exceptionally slow to process, especially when there is an error because the app doesn’t provide details when claims are rejected.”

“I always have trouble when trying to submit claims. I get an error or cannot be processed at this time try again later. I try multiple times before I send an email but when have to email that takes longer for the claim to be processed!”

“I pay $85 for a small young dog. They don’t cover vaccines based on the plan I chose but yet they hardly cover anything else. I’ve never gotten anything 100% covered. Recently, my claim was denied even though it wasn’t routine care or vaccinations. I am upset and do not recommend pets best. Looking for new pet insurance now.”
