“They responded the same day it took maybe month to review n pay the only thing I wish they would work with Monmouth animal hospital so we only gotta pay our deductibles instead of laying out so much money up front”

“The service needs an over hall. It takes almost an hour of wait time to talk to anyone. Your website was down for ages and you couldn't submt a form. Wait time for cks is too long. Your chat was even down. I am very frustrated and discouraged.”

“Man..., I'm not complaining as it is necessary to have pet insurance because veterinary care has become a corporate racket/money maker. I will take issue with Pets Best not allowing a client to increase coverage or decrease deductibles if your animal has EVER used the insurance. I was told I'd need to wait 3 years without a claim to change my coverage for one dog. Seriously ;( I'm not sure when I'll be priced out of being able to afford the monthly premimum. There was a drastic increase for my dog when he reached 7 yrs. Anyway, it's the reality of pet insurance. My recent claims were paid fairly fast and according to the plan I'd selected. Thank you.”

“Takes FOREVER to get them to review your submissions. It used to be once in a great while that they sent an email saying the submission was delayed and now it’s almost every time I submit something. The reimbursement for certain things like Spay/neutering is a little bit of a let down too but I picked the plan that fit best for me.”

“Secured Pets Best for our 4 mo old GSD puppy. Took him for his first wellness visit and then submitted a claim for reimbursement. Within a couple days I received a detailed explanation of the claim and notice that payment would hit my account shortly. I wish ALL insurance worked this way! Pets Best is absolutely amazing.”

“I have had Pet's Best for 7 years for my 3 Shelties. They have had multiple health issues, some due to the poor breeding (of which I was unaware). Others were just unfortunate health incidents. Pet's Best has been WONDERFUL. They have promptly paid 80% of the bills and have rarely denied any procedure (I have the 80% option). I would be in debt or have used up some of my IRA to pay their bills. Pet's Best is a blessing for me!”
