“Pets Best Health Insurance was the smart choice for my two cats, and so much easier to navigate than my own Health Insurance. There's a respository for Health Records, claims are fast and simple to submit, and claim status updates are sent regularly. With this plan, I can focus on my pets and not worry about the bills.”

“I’ve been using my pet insurance for my dog since 2020, and I can honestly say they’ve improved so much over the years. I’ve never had issues submitting claims or getting them approved, and the deductible/reimbursement process has always been easy to understand. But what has really stood out these past 2 years is how much faster and smoother the reimbursement process has become. Claims are being reviewed and approved much quicker than before, which makes such a difference when dealing with unexpected vet expenses. It’s reassuring to have a company that has continued to improve their service over time, and I’m really happy I chose to stick with them for my pup.”

“Both of my dogs got sick in the same week and the vet bills were hefty. Thankfully, Pet's best is very efficient and they were able to process 5 invoices and issued a reimbursement in the same week.”

“~5 years of being a customer of Pets Best. Although I had a very difficult time with recent claims submitted to Pets Best for my dog dislocating his hip, ~35 days later, they were able to process and approve the claim. In the past, approving a claim only took about a week, so this was an anomaly. They still get 5-stars in my book.”

“I submitted my first claim. A wellness visit. My dog was given Credelio Quattro for flea, tick and heartworm. Which should be covered. However it was rejected citing that it was grooming. I would have thought they should know what Quattro is especially that it was written as a 12 pack. Took a bit to get connected to the correct line. Spoke with a gentleman named Tye who was very pleasant and sounded like he knew his stuff. However being told it may take 21 days for them to re-review and correct their error seems a bit long.”

“I cannot recommend Pets Best enough. Getting pet insurance for my dog when he was young turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. For years, when he was healthy, it honestly felt like I was paying for something I might never need. But now that he is 14 years old, I truly understand the value of having had continuous coverage his entire life. Because I enrolled him early and kept the policy active, so many age-related conditions and treatments have been covered without issues. As dogs get older, unexpected health problems, medications, diagnostics, and treatments can become incredibly expensive very quickly. Having Pets Best has given me peace of mind and allowed me to focus on taking care of my dog instead of constantly stressing about costs. My advice to every pet owner is: get insurance while your dog is young and healthy, even if it feels unnecessary at first. You will thank yourself later. Highly, highly recommend Pets Best.”
