“Pets Best covers all our pets needs from wellness to accidents. You do have a deductible and you have many different options for the type of coverage you need. We have 2 rescue pups. Knowing if something happens we have piece of mind that Pets Best is there to help. The online claim is very easy to use.”

“I am so thankful I chose Pets Best insurance for my dog. We recently had to use it for an accident and the bills added up fast. It was such a blessing to have a good part of it covered. Submitting the claims were super easy, they emailed right away that they received the claim and within a few days I received the EOB and payment to my account a couple of days after that. Super easy and geat communication! Thank you Pets Best!”

“Took 5 months for the claim to come through. They kept lossing my pets information, rejecting my claim, then I'd call, they would be find it, and then loose it again and reject my claim. I am greatful to the one customer service representative who eventually fixed it, but that was one out of countless phone call sending me round in a circle. In the end most the claim for a routine check up and vaccinations wasn't covered. What can I say insurance companies.. it's a racket.”

“very slow on processing claims. here is what happened. i took our dogs in for limping on front right leg and also discovered a sore/wound on the same leg on 5/18. vet determined at the time it was a insect bite/injury of some sort and perscribed an antiseptic spray. they denied payment for the spray and i appealed it. little did i know when you appeal, all claims for that dog are frozen. they do not even look at them until the appeal in resolved(4-8 weeks). in the meantime, after several more trips to the vet, they determined she needed surgery to remove sore that never healed. about $1500 later and 6 weeks after the appeal they just started looking at the claims. all this headache and delays over a $19 bottle of spray. the appeal determined that the sore(which turned out to be cancer) was due to her licking and thay did not pay for it.”
