Once I got the hang of sending photos correctly, and they had the information needed- very quick response. But it took a while

Great coverage letting me make the best decisions for care of our family dog. Please fix your website and app. which are always down making phone calls necessary. I had to communicate via chat, phone and email to get my claim resolved.

This was the second year we paid for pet health insurance. At one time I thought it would be a waste of money but with the price of medical for dogs today we learned it makes sense to have it. This was the first time we did a claim. The process through Pets Best was easy and the response was quick. They covered more than we expected. We are very pleased to have Pets Best Health Insurance.

I've been with Pets Best for seven years, and I have four animals on my policy, which really says a lot about how much I trust this company. They are very prompt when it comes to handling my claims and are always helpful during phone conversations. While the insurance is a little expensive, I can't complain because they have never let me down.

In the past it has taken well over a month to get claims completed. We just kept getting emails apologizing for the delays. The current claims have almost been a month but the reimbursement is shown but hasn’t been deposited into our bank account for at least 5 days. It should be almost instantly. Don’t know why in this day and age it takes so long.

This is the worst and most expensive pet insurance I've ever had. The website was down for weeks, and contacting via telephone was a time consuming and laborious process. And after all this the claims were still not processed correctly. I have two dogs, pay insurance for two dogs, and still the claims were processed for only one of them. And this is not the first time!!

Pets Best is great! My cat was recently diagnosed with a thyroid condition that requires medication for life. All of the diagnostics were very expensive. They acknowledged receipt of my claims right away and paid promptly. I highly recommend them.

Good coverage and typically fast reimbursement. The premiums have gone up substantially since we originally purchased the coverage.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks to get my payment that was supposedly sent to my bank accound 3 weeks ago. I've called Pets Best 3 times and have spent a total of over 2 hours on hold waiting for someone to answer their phone, despite the fact that the automatic system says "your wait is less than 10 minutes". When I finally got a hold of someone I was told to "just keep waiting" because there's nothing they can do. This, on top of each claim taking 3-4 weeks to process, MINIMUM, is pretty ridiculous.

They have always been very friendly and professional when I call and ask questions. They are fairly quick at reimbursements I've never had any issues with them except for getting my claims to go through the online process then it's only getting picture of documents to upload.

I have been locked out of my account for two full months with no resolution, which has prevented me from submitting pending claims. After contacting customer service, I was instructed to email my claims manually. It has now been two weeks since I sent that email, and I have received no response or update. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
