“The recent tech upgrade (which I experienced as an outage) was handled poorly. As a customer, I should have received an email telling me about your tech problems, with frequent updates. I received no updates at all, and the information posted on your website was frequently out of date. The length of the outage along with the company's poor communication about it made me consider canceling my account.”

“I've been a loyal Pets Best customer for years and am very disappointed with the poor handling of your technical issues over the last month. I wasted time attempting to submit a claim with your technical issues. At your advice, I emailed the claim TWICE and NEVER received a response. You completely ignored your customers and didn't proactively inform your customers about the outtage nor the resolution of your tech issues. I happened to just try again and my claim successfully went through. Tech issues happen, but the way a company handles it - focusing on being proactive, transparent, and respectful to customers - is what makes the difference. Pets Best failed miserably.”

“Signed up a couple of weeks ago. The site has been down ever since. Should not take so long to do system updates etc. Took over 3 weeks for a claim to be processed, something else that shouldn’t have that long of a turn around time. Hopefully things getter better. So far, have not been impressed.”
