“I like the coverage and the premium is competitive however some claims do take around a month to process and reimburse which is really annoying. Customer service is also pretty decent however I feel like they need to hire more claims adjusters to get these claims closed out faster.”

“The staff is nice. But the amount of time to process the claims especially for reoccurring ones are super annoying. Sometimes even denying my claims but I hate the claims process. I’ve had other companies in the past and the claims process is faster than this.”

“So far very pleased with submitting claims online and having them processed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the direct deposit of claims. Having pet insurance is such a relief when your pet is unexpectedly sick.”

“I have had Pets Best for years, on four dogs. I do not need to use it often, but most recently it helped with an eye removal surgery, plus all the preliminary testing. I thought about canceling but the benefits of having insurance helps our peace of mind when things happen.”

“I'm very happy to get reimbursed for vet v8sits, medicines and medical supplies. Payments are usually pretty quick. Some take longer than I'd like but eventually come.”

“My claim took over 7 weeks to be processed. This was a straightforward claim which should have had a quick turnaround time. My emails went unanswered, the live chat was unavailable 24/7, and the phone agents, when accessible, were not able to give any information not already available on the portal i.e. none”

“I’ve filed 2 insurance claims for my dog and am very satisfied with the reimbursement for each claim. I was quickly informed that the claims were under review. The claims were reimbursed in a timely manner, as well. I would highly recommend Pets Best to other pet owners.”
