“As someone that has worked in veterinary medicine, I quickly realized that having pet insurance for my dogs is ESSENTIAL. I have seen too many nightmare stories about people not affording care that’s necessary for their pets. After extensive research, I chose PetsBest. My dogs have unfortunately been having a lot of issues as of late, but thankfully I don’t need to worry nearly as much about the finances thanks to PetsBest. I wholeheartedly recommend them to every pet owner. And no, this isn’t AI generated, or fake. I truly am super grateful for PetsBest and the help they provide for Foxy, JJ, and I.”

“The cost keeps going up and the length to wait for reimbursement is still extended. I’ve called for help many times and the hold time is long but the people are friendly. I’ll be shopping for new pet insurance when my policy is up for renewal.”

I have to say, it has been an exceptional experience, far surpassing my experiences with human medical insurance. “Very fast processing of the EOB. I just thought they'd pay a bit more on the Annual exam, test and vaccinations. Premium is high I'm not sure we can afford this next year”

“The only reason I am sticking with this plan is because my dog is older and other insurance will not cover her due to pre-existing. However, this plan is absolutely terrible. First of all, they take 45+ days to process claims which is absolutely crazy meanwhile, your balance on the credit card is accruing interests. The way the explanation of benefits is set up is very confusing, I've work in Health Insurance for almost 20 years and for an average person, it is very hard to follow. They take forever to disburse payment. I had a claim processed on 12/4, here is a week later (ACH) still no deposit on my account.”

“Pets Best approved and paid the claim promptly. My vet took forever to send medical records to Pets Best. Pets Best kept me updated on the claims process. I had the vet send me the medical records and I forwarded them to Pets Best. Got a response in 1 day and paid about a week later and I was paid by check via US Mail. No Complaints”

“Great pet insurance! My puppy had ate something and was having extreme diarrhea. She needed immediate urgent care. Pets Best veterinarian was helpful to advise me to take her to urgent care. Filing a claim was simple and the reimbursement was quick after.”
