“Great pet insurance! My puppy had ate something and was having extreme diarrhea. She needed immediate urgent care. Pets Best veterinarian was helpful to advise me to take her to urgent care. Filing a claim was simple and the reimbursement was quick after.”

“I've used Pets Best for the past 10 years or so. They are super easy to work with, the premiums are reasonable, and they process claims in a timely fashion. The policies are up front and clear about what is covered and what is not. The only thing to remember is that coverage is by the policy year not the calendar year.”

“First pet in many years, and wanted to get pet insurance based on others pet experiences. I took her in for a Wellness check up and to establish a veterinarian clinic. The claims online process was simple, and the reimbursement came through quickly.”

“Overall I have had a pleasant experience using Pets Best. The timeline of reimbursement often varies. If the total is a higher amount you can expect the payout to take quite some time. An issue I do have is that they have now stopped covering “technician” appointments because the appointment is not being done by a licensed veterinary professional. I take high issue with this as Veterinary technicians are an integral part of animal care at any veterinary facility. To diminish their work and their efforts is incorrect and downright appalling. Additionally most technicians are either certified as in they have completed additional school to get their degree (much like a human nurse) or they are working on getting their certification while they still provide outstanding patient care while working full time. An insurance company would never not cover the efforts of a human nurse because they are not doctors. The same standard should be applicable here.”

“We have been with Pets Best Health Insurance for several years during which our cockapoo (Bentley) has had a number of ongoing medical issues. Pets Best Have dealt with his vetinarian bills fairly and promptly and we would have no hesitartion in recommending them to any pet owner seeking insurance cover”

“Excellent company--pays claims fairly and extensively. Delays processing claims is common: however I see this as a good thing because I believe it means they are being thorough in their review and assessment of my claims. I highly recommend this company”

“I've tried other Pet Insurance companies and changed, due to low coverage, large dedctables, or not covered with higher monthly charge. Your rates are great! Your coverage is Great! Our claims are valuated in a timely maner! Keep up the great service!”
