“I really love you guys! I have had insurance for Ajax since he was a puppy, and now that he is 8 and getting older, I find myself needing the insurance because it feels like there's always something happening with him. I appreciate the ease of submitting the claims and the quick response and resulution on your end. It's a blessing for Ajax and I to have Pets Best on our side!!!”

“Claims are reviewed quickly and overall the level of reimbursement seems fair for acute illnesses and for surgeries!”

“We are very pleased with Pets Best Insurance, They have a hot line to call, the women who answered who I assume was a vet was very knowledgeable and helped to us in the decission making process and explained what the emergency room vet said in terms we could understand and process. Comfirmation by a second source at the moment in time when we needed it was a tremendous aide in decision making and gave us confidence in our decisions. We thank Pets Best Insurance for that. When it came time to submit the emergency room bills, it was easy and smooth and they responded quickly with a check with the reinbursments less the deductable. Very professional, very reliable. They also did a follow up and asked how it all turned out. Fortunately our pet made a full recovery and we will always be covered by Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. Thank you again.”

“My dog have this insurance since two years ago. He was lucky that he didn’t have to use the insurance because of illness, anyway the insure answering fast and the reimbursements of the vaccines, the anual tests and the preventing medicines were according the contract. I’m glad to have this insurance company.”

“I haven’t seen payment for my claim but your web site tells me it was paid on 12/5. This is very poor ancc FC the process to a claim isn’t very good at all but this company never had a problem taking MY money on time for this policy”

“You increased monthly dues 40% and we still have to pay out of pocket for what should be covered by our plan. You make your customers fight for every penny and argue with your customer service reps about the plan details.”

“Pets Best recently processed my claims very quickly, which was a great help. Soon after, one of my dogs passed away and I had to call to cancel the policy as I couldn't access an agent through the chatbot on their site. Even though it was a painful call to make, the agent was very kind and made the process go smoothly.”

“I am pleased with the quick service and refunds from Pets Best. Providing documents on line is easy to do. My only SLIGHT criticism is that if I purchase flea/tick and heartworm medicine earlier due to a sale on those products, I haven't been reimbursed because the time was too short. I will have to figure out a way to monitor that more effectively on my end.”
