“Super pleased with every thing dealing with Pet BEST. They are the best in my opinion. Have never had a problem with getting my claims paid in Avery timely manor & if there is going to be a delay they e-mail me so I don't get concerned. Would truly recommend them to anyone with a dog. Have praised them on Facebook and recommended them to anyone I know who has a pet or is planning on getting one. Awesome service & company. Never had a problem being able to talk to person when I have a question concerning my pets health issues. Thank you Pet Best.”

“Pets Best is always thorough and speedy with no stupid requests for "additional information". The only negative is their computer system auto-rejects my claims for diabetic monitors. They are quick to correct this covered claim each time. I just hate having to call to correct it.”

“They normally pay out well but sometimes I think the people reviewing the claims have zero brains in their heads. I’ve had to call several times because they did things wrong on a claim like saying my dogs had parasites just because they had a fecal test done. They also won’t cover a teeth cleaning for my dog because he’s never had one so there’s no proof of them ever having one simply because he had to get teeth extracted.”

“As always, PetsBest was quick, accurate and thorough getting my payment to me after my dog’s cancer claim. They have been a lifesaver through his treatment, as I don’t know if I could continue his treatments without knowing they have my back.”
