“Although I've had dogs all my life, my current little dog is the first one I have had insurance for. That has turned out to be a very smart decision because this dog is the first one who has developed a serious health condition. We are very grateful for the quick handling of our pet's insurance claims. My husband has thanked me for making such a good choice when I picked Pet's Best from studying many plans and reviews before signing up. “Very expensive and it's easy to meet your annual limit because it's so low! I pay about $55/mo for my 6 years old dog who doesn't have any health issues and even with this insurance I pay over $400 in annual checkups.”

“We had a huge emergency vet bill after unknown to us our new "rescue" ate some fine gravel, confirmed on xrays. He stopped eating for 3 days and didn't know why. I submitted the bills and at least got almost 1/2 of it covered. He's fine now and we really watch him when he's in the yard. Their system is easy to use and when I called with a question the person I spoke to was very helpful.”

“In the short time I’ve been with Pets Best, I’ve had a quick and efficient experience. Just recently I submitted a claim this past Friday (Good Friday before Easter) and my claim has already been completed and the money sent to Care Credit.”

“Pets Best was there for my family when we needed it most. Our cat Felix swallowed a foreign object, which resulted in several trips to the vet, emergency surgery, and overnight care in a veterinary emergency hospital. It was super easy filing the claim using Felix's veterinary bills. Within less than a week, our claim was approved. After meeting our deductible and the co-pay, Pets Best covered just about all of the cost, saving us thousands of dollars.”

“Pets Best has always approved my cats illness/accident claims, but the review process is way too long (weeks; sometimes more than a month). One time I got a routine medication approved in 2 days, while it usually takes 2 weeks. I wish the review process were consistentlu faster so that we can reimburse our large vet bills quicker.”

“Extremely happy with Pets Best. Our yorkie had to have some unexpected surgery and Pets Best was so efficient in processing our claim and sending the reimbursement out to us. They kept me updated during the process and encouraged me to call or send an email if I had questions at anytime. It puts our mind at ease to know our little guy is covered with Pets Best and we can always give him the best care possible. We highly recommend Pets Best. Kim B”

“I have had Pet's Best pet insurance about 3 years now. I chose this insurance after having disastrous customer experiences with other popular pet insurance companies. From the beginning when I put in my first claim to pay out was quick. They have never denied a claim or asked for more medical records from my vet. Pet's Best is the best. I will never be without this insurance for my pup Coco.”
