“We have had our policy for 6 years and never had to use it. Recently our beloved GSD became suddenly ill and was diagnosed with an aggressive incurable cancer. It was an expensive week in the hospital as the hospital was trying to figure how what was happening. When she passed and we added up all the expenses it was overwhelming. We submitted our claims wondering what small print we didn’t read in the policy that would be a loop hole where nothing would be covered, but we were wrong. We met our deductible, and had the policy that covers 90% and that is exactly what they paid.”

“Took way longer than it should have to get my case fixed. 4 months total for my fist claim for a simple wellness check and ear check...... Had to resubmit the claim because even tho we had sent records multiple times they closed the case and gave me a run for my time to just tell me 3 months of waiting to just resubmit and wait an extra 30 days for them to finally approve it. Everyone I have talked to about this claim said it is definitely insane how long a simple claim took.”

“From the time it takes to submit a claim to receive an outcome is weeks. My experience hasn’t been pleasant and customer service is very rude. I would expect the representatives to have more compassion and better communication with clients when dealing with pets.”

“I have a beautiful staffy who has had multiple health issues. Pets Best has always reimbursed every penny that I am due and has never held up any of my reimbursements even when the claim was extremely high. Wonderful company. So happy I have such excellent coverage.”

“I have been with Pets Best for over 5 years with my Lab, Mika. She's bveen through leg surgery when she was a pup and just recently 8 weeks of chemotherapy. Pets Best has been by our side every inch of the way. They have answered every question I have had and they have been as pleasant as they can be. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.”
