“Awful customer service. Usually takes several weeks beyond the quoted process time. The deductible always seems to never be met. Almost like not having pet insurance at all. Would never recommend.”

“I have had nothing but good experiences with Pets Best so far. My cats have been insured with them for quite a while, but I managed not to need to really use my insurance until this year. And when it rains, it POURS. After 3 emergency surgeries and a kidney disease diagnosis in my year and a half old kitten, I have been so grateful for pet insurance this year. Sometimes they take a while to process claims, but they have been great about always covering emergencies and reimburse me fairly quickly overall.”

“My 1 year old contracted a deadly inhaled fungal infection (blastomycosis). I ended up with a bill of almost $5k which included all of her visits, emergency vets, diagnoses, meds (6 months of treatment) and subsequently the removal of her eyes. I never in my life imagined she would be going through this and she almost died! Luckily, I had purchased insurance with PetsBest and I couldn’t be happier. They covered 80% of my cost after deductibles and at an inexpensive cost of only $20 per month. Claims took a few weeks because it was a complicated recovery/vet records etc but without this insurance I would have had a huge hit during the holidays.”
