“I never seen a company give me such a hard time submitting my invoice, I was told I would be 100 percent covered when I applied for my insurance, I was only covered for 49 dollars on a 313 dollar bill, I'm very disappointed. I need an explanation on this. I'm thinking about canceling my policy if I don't have my veterinarian bill fully remembursed”

“Pets Best insurance is the best pet insurance I have ever had. I discontinued three other companies. They always review claims promptly and reimburse in a short period of time. I have four dogs and I wouldn’t be without my pet insurance!”

“I have pets best for both my dogs I have had them for three years . You pay up front and then they reimburse sometimes it's fast sometimes it takes a while if they have to request records from the vet. I have been satisfied with this insurance company.”

“We have had this pet insurance since our dog was a puppy. He is now 8 years old. I seldom needed to file a claim for the first 5-6 years but most recently we files claims due to our dog having surgery for cyst removals. It's super easy to file the claim online, takes less than 5 minutes and they start processing the claim almost immediately. You will get a response generally within a couple of business days and once processed, they send out your check. As our dog has aged, they send premiums have gone up a lot, but I believe that would be the case with most, if nor all pet insurance companies. We have been happy with Pets Best!”

“Timely payment has improved. Premiums increase based on age of our pet. Current premium cost is approaching our decision to discontinue coverage for our 12 year old dog that has been covered since birth. It was our orrigional understanding that premium costs would remain stable but changes in ownership has changed the policies and costs..Ron Spangler, living in Oro Valley Az, 85755”

“Pricing and coverage is reasonable, but the claims process is a huge hassle. One of my cats is diabetic and I have to submit claims for him regularly. It is not at all unusual to have to resubmit the claim three or more times before it gets reimbursed appropriately.”
