“From one year to the next my insurance cost almost doubled. They take a long time to process claims. If you ever use their customer service they are super nice. The people are always great. I will probably try shopping them around soon.”

“I have the well care option. Just had my new kitten neutered. They covered $0 of castration. The policy said it was covered. Bought this policy because it had a wellcare option. Will cancel and try Nationwide even though they don't have the wellcare option.”

“Submitted my first claim last week. It was super easy and was approved quickly. I have not received the reimbursement yet, as it takes 7-10 days (I think they said), but so far the process has been seamless.”

“Can’t recommend more strongly. We are currently living the “ we never thought it would happen to us” scenario with our beloved 4-year-old retriever mix. He was rushed to the ER, spent days in ICU and has a rare genetic heart defect that didn’t present until now. He will need continued specialized cardiac care and is on daily, expensive, medications. But he is happy and pain-free and continues to play and live his best life. Pets Best has paid absolutely every claim as promised with no BS. I upload the invoice, show I paid it, and they reimburse me about a week later 90%. So, so glad I went with them.”

“I have to admit I was sceptical when i decided to get pet insurance. i expected it to be difficult to use. I have been extremely satisfied with my PetsBest insurance policy. My dog has had a few unexpected difficulties in the last year and filing a claims has been straightforward and easy. I have received the reimbursments in a timely manner and petsBest has lived up to their promises and the plan i selected. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, and I do.”

“This is the first time I have pet insurance on my cat. The process to submit a claim was super easy, the turn around time to complete processing was fast, the customer service was outstanding, and my money was deposited in may bank account right away. I am very satisfied! You really need pet insurance these days.”
