“While I would love for everything to be covered (prescription dogfood for example) they do a really good job at covering illness. My beautiful pup, 5 years old, came down with stomach issues that wouldn't go away. Over the course of 7 months he kept getting worse. We switched vets mid-way through and kept going. Tests, diet changes, exams. Everything was adding up to so much money. There was a moment in time when I had to sit down and cry. Because even with the amazing reimbursements that Pets Best would provide, I had only so much money I could continue investing in pursuing his health. Then we finally got him stabilized. Then turned around. Then healthy again! I can sit here 7 months later and say that without Pets Best my dog would not be alive today. And for that I will always be grateful. Thank you so much to everyone who works there and for providing a way to keep my best friend in my life. You helped make one of the most stressful times of my life, less stressful.”

“I have 2 Frenchies, and both have been covered by Pets Best Health Insurance for 7 years. I have made numerous claims over the past 7 years for both of my Frenchies, and Pets Best has handled my claims in a professional manner. The explanations are clearly written and easy to understand. Once the deductible is met for each of my Frenchies, the claims are paid according to the insurance plan. Several of my claims have been for several thousand dollars, and none of those claims have been denied. It gives me great comfort knowing that my Frenchies' medical bills will be paid in a timely manner by Pets Best. I highly recommend Pets Best Health Insurance especially if you have Frenchies.”

“It’s hard to find a company that after $250 deductible they pay 90%. The monthly is very low and they reimburse so quickly. It’s unbelievable. Good company.”

“I have my 3 furbabies insured with Pets Best. The Customer service reps, by Phone or chat, have always been very courteous,patient and helpful. My only concern was that processing a claim, and receiving reimbursement, took so long to process. But lately they have been much faster and I really appreciate it.”

“This is a really good pet insurance and premiums are very reasonable. The claims process was a bit slow on a couple of occasions, but I've never had any issue with them paying out a claim. Customer service is great.”

“From start to finish with this first and most recent claim pertaining to acute illness of my young dog, PetsBest process was SEAMLESS and their customer support team was incredibly helpful regarding addressing all questions and concerns with this process. I am very happy with this first experience utilizing my insurance through PetsBest. Thank you.”

“As far as monthly premiums PetsBest is good. Their policy on payouts is strange though. When one chooses a yearly deductible for $250, one expects to pay the first $250. That’s not the way it works here… which is odd. They give you a small percentage back on each claim adding up to a few dollars so it’s very difficult to determine where you’re at with regards to the deductible. To determine your standing, that requires a phone call or live chat which is difficult to connect with.”

“I don’t know what I would do without Pets Best insurance. I can take my babies in and get the care they need and I don’t have to worry about making the decision between them getting the care and the cost. I get reimbursed within a matter of weeks generally prior to my credit bill being due. When I call, the people actually care about me and my babies - and understand that they are just that, precious babies. I am so thankful for Pets Best.”
