“BUYERS BEWARE! READ THEIR FB REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING!! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! MY PETS WERE COVERED UNDER A GROUP PLAN, UPON ENDING MY EMPLOYMENT, I WAS SENT A $125 BILL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY USE THE BENEFITS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID OVER 1,000 INTO THE PLAN AND TO GET AN ADDITIONAL AFTER GROUP PLAN ENDED IS UNACCEPTABLE. I SOPE WITH TAMARA (SUPERVISER) WHO WAS CALLOUS IN HER RESPONSE AND WAS OF NO ASSISTANCE. I'M CERTAIN I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS BEEN A VIVTIM OF THIS AND AM OPEN TO WORKING WITH OTHER CONSUMERS ON A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.”

“I have been really impressed with the service received from PetsBest insurance. They are extremely easy to work with, and process claims quickly. They've allowed me the ability to focus on my cat's health without stress of going into debt. Unfortunately, my cat passed away recently so I no longer require their service, but if/when I adopt another pet I will 100% be using them again.”

“Felt it was false advertisement to say pays "100% of routine and annual wellness" and 90% of other costs when it's only 100% of "Allowed."”

“Let’s Best has been a godsend for me. My MinPin Roxi was diagnosed last year with kidney failure. Having Pets Best has provided me the opportunity to have the best care for her! Their process for submitting claims is simple and the turnaround time for claim reimbursement is within my expectations.”
