“Very satisfied with my little dog's insurance claim. Actually I got some doubt about it because some people's around me gave me some negative thoughts about insurance claiming .but, petbest gave me good results depends on insurance declaration with provided accurate medical records. Thanks”

“Our Corgi was injured on October 1st. We're so thankful for Pets Best Pet Insurance and the peace of mind it gave us knowing we would be able to treat and care for her. “I was very happy with how fast my claim was handled but after 3-day of waiting for my bank to post my direct deposit onto my account not so happy but that's on my bank not pet best also very easy to submit a claim”

“My pet is covered for 80%. However, EVERY TIME I SUBMIT A CLAIM, I get an email, sorry for the delay! It's at least 3 weeks for a claim to be processed. As soon as I submit a claim, I get an email that my claim has been received.”

“I have had pets best insurance for both of my dogs for 4 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I’ve gotten reimbursed for both regular and emergency visits. My one dog has bad allergies and gets a shot every month and that is covered as well.”

“I'm totally satisfied with Pets Best. Great value! Claims are processed accurately and fairly quickly. I've had several claims and never had to challenge how benefits were determined. They never attempted to save costs by denying anything. Unfortunately, my cat had to be euthanized recently. Without any action on my end, Pets Best paid out the final claim and refunded me for most of the premium from my recent annual renewal. When I get another pet, I will definitely insure through this company again.”

“We previously had Healthy Paws (which was terrible), but so glad we switched to Pets Best; they have proven to be far superior in every way. While claims processing can occasionally be slow, our overall experience has been great.”

“Pets Best insurance covered my dog Humphrey's surgery after he stole a sandwich from our kitchen counter that had a toothpick holding it together. He was so very ill from the toothpick lodging in his intestines, and your insurance truly made the difference between life and death for our beloved family pet. We can't thank you enough for this wonderful service. I tell people about Pets Best all the time - especially friends with labrador retrievers who like to eat everything! Thank you thank you!”

“It takes a long time to get reimbursed. I talked to other friends who have pet insurance and they get reimbursed immediately or the vet bill gets paid immediately and directly to the veterinarian. There are no forms to fill out. There is no jumping through hoops to get the reimbursement. I would like to set that up with pets best as well. I don't want to keep filling out forms and downloading and waiting only to find out, Sorry that wasn't covered.”
