“Pests Best Pet Health Insurance is a trusted asset complementing the care provided by our vet. Oliver recently developed GI problems which resulted in an unplanned trip to the vet. The vet staff provide the necessary battery of tests and meds needed to reolve our Yorkie's problems which we paid for before leaving the vet. Upon reaching home, a claim was submitted to Pets Best and it was processed within a week and our bank account had received the claim deposit a few days later. All-in-all this was a seamless process (just like all previous claims with Pets Best). We are very satified clients.”

“I have utilized a few different insurances for my pets, I cannot say enough great things about Pets Best. They are clear in the requirements, helpful guiding through the claims process and quick with reimbursement. My dog is alive because of Pets Best!”

“On the positive side, PBI has excellent customer service, and although somewhat slow in paying claims, they are excellent at meeting their obligations. However, unless the policyholder is adept at detail, it is very difficult to track claims and that ability is mandatory to good outcomes. Overall, they are a very good company.”
