“Hello Pet Best, I have cancelled Adonis's insurance your company has not been a good value for us. I should not have to wait until I have paid you $500.00 before we get any monies towards our vet bills.”

“The jury is still out. My deductible is $1k so several costs were not covered last year, and the max cap on the items that were covered is below the amount charged by both of my dog’s vets for various services. In theory, the insurance will be helpful if, god forbid, something catastrophic happens; however, given all of the exclusions, I’m not certain of that or whether the long-term cost of the insurance will be cost-effective. My dog had umbilical hernia surgery and I received a note saying it just applied toward my deductible. In other words, not covered. More when I see the pattern for a longer period. For now, I’m neutral in my review and wavering on whether to keep it or let it go.”

“You always wonder if insurance is worth the price until you need it. I’m so glad I purchased it for my dog. Explanation of claims were easy to understand. Claims were processed quickly and in the 4 years that I’ve had insurance, I’ve never had any issues.”

“Unfortunately I’ve had to use the insurance for both my cat and dog and it has been great! It sometimes takes 4-6 weeks for reimbursement but overall I’m extremely happy. My daughter also has Pets Best on her kitty at my recommendation.”

“I never had any issues until recently. Since October I've had issue logging in. I've called numerous times, they have 'sent IT a ticket' numerous times, and yet here I am FOUR MONTHS LATER and I STILL can't access my own account.”

“Pets Best tajes too long to process claims. Also, when trying to file a claim, whether on the app or my laptop, I have to try multiple times because of tech issues. If my dog didn't have a pre-existing issue, I would change insurance to another company.”

“There are so many wonderful options from Pets Best for all your pet's needs with their care! We had a well check visit at our vet's just recently, and putting in the claim was very easy! The reimbursement came very quickly, and the explanation of benefits and what was covered was simple and straightforward.
