Was disappointed with the coverage of our annual wellness care visit for our pooch. Out of $199 in charges, insurance only covered $95. The reasons given were that we had met the limit for the year already. Well, if it is an annual visit, how could we have met the coverage limit already? Not happy with the value of having this policy.

We decided to enroll our fur babies in our insurance plan last year, and I'm so glad we did. Our little fur baby recently got really sick and had to be hospitalized. Our bills were very expensive, and I had no clue what would be covered. Uploading our vet bills on the online portal was very simple. Pets Best kept us updated on the status of all our claims. Within two weeks, they sent us an email letting us know that our claims were processed and what our deposit would be. Thanks to Pets Best, we can focus on enjoying quality time with our fur babies, knowing that their health and well-being are in good hands.

I wouldn’t have been able to afford Mei’s emergency visit without Pets Best. They have been an excellent company to work with during her journey with kidney failure

The coverage is good when you need it, but my monthly premium just skyrocketed from $68 to $121 for my 8 year old dog.

Having Pet's Best Insurance has helped us keep our dog healthy. You have enabled us to manage the costs of regular care and also more than one surgery. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes to get claims settled.

Pets Best has been great to insure with. They respond quickly to claims and provide prompt notice when they need additional information. Benefits are laid out at an affordable premium and they have helped me tremendously in emergency situations. I would highly recommend!

I just filed my first claim after having met my deductible and I’m very disappointed to see how little I am receiving in reimbursement for my dog’s $800 well visit. I know it’s in the documents, but it just doesn’t feel good to spend so much for insurance and still have to pay so much out-of-pocket.

I was very happy with the outcome of my claims. However it seemed to take a long time to process. I provided all invoices doctors notes test results at the time of submission and they read requested them from the doctor's office. Other than that I was pleased with the outcome

Eventually claims were completed but it took many attempts to get there. claims sent back with instructions to fix things that were not clear what was wrong- until you talked with a tech- like blurry image, image cut off. or wrong format-I had no idea what that meant. Claim numbers seemed to change also if you resubmitted something if it was denied- confusing. In the end- the final explanation of benefits was very clear and concise.

I have wellness Insurance on our Dog Maddie and you all did not cover any of the $150 charge for Senior Wellness w/fecal due to reaching $2,500 per incident. I guess i wonder why there is a limit on Senior Wellness Visit. Unless you just don't cover Senior Dog Wellness Annual Visit. You did cover the exam, Bordetella Vaccination and Leptospirois Vacccination. Disappointed

I have had challenges the past few months getting a claim paid that was denied initially for outstanding vet records. There was confusion as the vet records were provided on letterhead of another vets name (the two are owned by the same company). Once that issue was identified it still took 5 phone calls and nearly 2 months for the claim to be processed and paid. Admittedly I started communicating with my HR about other pet insurance options. I am now cautiously optimistic as things seem to now be correct and hopefully my future claim experiences will be better.

I have had no issues with this insurance pays just like they say. There are rate increase but every insurance I have had has these. Hey are responsive when I have called and took care of my pet when she was diagnosed unexpectedly with mast cell cancer
