“My senior dog developed a tumor on his leg. I submitted a claim for the diagnostics and for the subsequent surgery. Pet’s Best processed the first claim which went to my deductible and the second which resulted in a payment to me after the entire deductible was met. They apologized for the “delay” in processing but my opinion was that the claim was processed very quickly. The cost to me monthly has resulted in a lot of help with these vet bills and provides comfort knowing that if more needs to be done, they will help us.”

“My dog was attacked by another dog and needed emergency care,After I submitted claim it took a couple weeks and they paid 90% after my 500.00 deductable. I am pleased with Pes Best insurance.”

“When our Aussie got into Foxtails out of town we were so worried about him. The insurance we had on him made the worry of how we were going to pay for his treatment less of a dark cloud over our heads. PetsBest was amazing and River's vet bill was reimbursed promptly, within a week! We will always have Pets Best! They are definitely worth it.”

“Pets Best has been so amazing. One of our dogs got some type of bacterial infection and was hospitalized for 6 days. My dachshund started having bad back leg problems and required back surgery and has been diagnosed with IVDD. Then our cat ate something toxic and was hospitalized for 4 days...she did not make it, but we were able to try everything possible because we had her covered with Pets Best Insurance. They even sent a sympathy card after our loss. Thank you Pets Best for the best pet health insurance ever. Making a claim is easy and reimbursement is seamless.”

“You advertise up to 80%, we got maybe 15. Anesthesia isn’t covered neither are shots or the actual surgery I will be dropping this insurance since I pay over sixty dollars a month to have less then half of what I was promised.”

“I will rated higher but sometimes the process and takes quite a while and depositing the check also. I see that every year it gets more expensive the older your fur baby gets I don't think it's right but I don't want my fur baby not to be covered. If I have direct deposit I feel as though reimbursement should be deposited quickly then waiting 5 to 7 days.”

“We have needed to use our Pets Best plan a few times over this last year and they have always followed through per the plan guidelines. It’s good to know that we have coverage for any unexpected things that may pop up for our dog. The only downside is it can take 3 to 4 weeks to receive reimbursement.”

“We have been clients for several years and have been very happy with the service. they cover what they say they will and don't cover what they say they won't. We get very quick service by allowing them to deposit funds directly into our bank account and we always get and explanation telling us what was or wasn't covered.”

“We are fairly new to Best Pets insurance. The process of filing a claim and getting reimbursed seems to take weeks which is longer than I anticipated. I have yet to receive any dollars for treatments yet. We have completed the deductible but are waiting to hear back from them on the last visit two and a half weeks ago. My satisfaction is reserved at this time.”

“What can I say, it's another insurance company. They constantly avoid covering anything. They delay responses, complicate claim submissions, constantly request additional documentation that is irrelevant. They have quite the algorithm for calculating their share of reimbursement - with hidden allowable limits per line item, systematically selecting lower line items to contribute their portion, while limiting the higher line items. It's all bogus and smokescreen.”

“I bought this to save me money. I’m basically an 8 1/2 week old puppy being seven months now this has cost me more than I paid for the insurance. You’re better off, taking the money out of your pocket and paying the bills as they come.”
