“I cannot say enough amazing things about Pets Best Insurance. Quite literally, they are the reason my dog is still alive today. When we were faced with a sudden, terrifying medical emergency, the last thing I wanted to worry about was how I was going to afford the life-saving care my dog desperately needed. Thanks to Pets Best, I didn’t have to. Their claims process was incredibly fast, simple, and transparent. We submitted our documents and had reimbursement before we even expected it. They were compassionate, responsive, and supportive during one of the most difficult times of our lives. You can tell this company genuinely cares about pets and their people. “I have had Pets Best for years and thankfully haven’t had to use it often, however my senior dog had some traumatic injuries this past year and Pets Best saved me from ending up in serious financial distress because they helped cover her multiple surgeries and recovery needs to help make her well again. They helped me add years of life to her that I might not have been able to without the support. I am grateful and will be a lifelong pets best customer.”

“If it wasn't for PetsBest, I'm not sure here we would be. My dog has horrible allergies and without this policy she wouldn't be doing as well as she is.”

“I’ve been so happy with Pets Best. They often have very long turn around times, which is the biggest issue, but I recently got a decision on a claim within a week. I’ve never had any issues with them nitpicking claims either. Very glad I chose this company and gives me peace of mind to take my dog to the vet without hesitation knowing I’ll be supported by Pets Best.”

“I recently went through the most heartbreaking experience with my sweet golden, Rosie, unexpectedly finding out she had aggressive cancer and letting her go to gain her angel wings over a weekend. I submitted all vet bills to Pets Best about a week later very easily through the website, and about a week and a half later the EOBs came through with the reimbursement amounts. They also automatically cancelled Rosie’s policy and sent a notice and their condolences, as well as the prorated refund for the policy. I am forever grateful that Pets Best made this extremely difficult time just a little easier to manage.”

“As an ER vet, I see the most horrific things that could happen to a pet, which is why I have pet insurance—so I can ensure my pets are taken care of financially. Of course my worst fears came true when my Goldie developed a severe immune mediated anemia. I can’t thank PB enough for covering her entire week in the 24 hour hospital, the multiple specialists she saw, and all the transfusions she needed. She received the best care all because I had PB. I will definitely continue to recommend PB when clients ask which insurance I recommend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You saved Goldie’s life.”
