“PetsBest has been terrific. At one three dogs all with PetsBest. One passed March 2024 at 16. Another passed in June 2025 at 16 1/2. My young guy is now 10. He has PetsBest and they have been great.”

“I have had wonderful experiences with Pets Best! (Without it, my older dog would probably be dead because I could not have afforded to pay for his cancer treatments.) My premiums may seem a bit high to some, but I purposely chose a low deductible and high reimbursement and it has proven effective for my situation. Claims are easy to submit and responses/reimbursements have been prompt. I highly recommend Pets Best Health Insurance!”

“They did not pay any of the dental claims I spent $600 on! It's a scam company! I have spent hundreds for the monthly fee to get almost nothing in return.I'm about ready to resign.”

“Having pet insurance makes me feel reassured that I can keep my doggo healthy. My experience with Pet’s Best has been a positive one, though thankfully, I haven’t had to rely on them for much more than some routine diagnostics & wellness appointments, but I’m glad to have coverage in the event we need more.”

“I have been getting error codes when I try to submit a claim. For two months now. I called and the first time waited over an hour and hung up. The second time I got through and the person tried to say there was no issue with the website, completely gaslighting me over not being able to submit. This was my first experience as I have a puppy. Not a great start.”

“As a Senior on a fixed income it is so nice to get reimbursed for well visits and vaccines!! It feels so good to know my tiny little 5 mos old puppy is covered, no matter what happens, for her lifetime. I don’t have to worry about being unable to afford care.”

“I sadly lost my best friend and companion recently, and Pets Best Pet Health Insurance eliminated so much anxiety around the financial and administrative side of dealing with losing a pet. “More than half the time the app doesn’t work. It is extremely frustrating. I have gotten recently 5 notifications that my claim is incomplete. I submitted the same thing that I always submitted before successfully. There is no way to determine which claim is a problem”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for 4 years now. They have been an absolutely wonderful company to be a part of. They make it so easy to file a claim and keep track of where it is in the process. The turn around for reimbursement is amazing! When I have file a claim, I usually get a response within the week and the reimbursement soon follows. This year, my corgi was diagnosed with diabetes. I am telling you, in the previous years, each year I debated in renewing my policy, but I always had that thought in the back of my head that if something major happens, I would regret not having it. Well, it happened. With his new diagnosis, he was first in the emergency room and in the Intensive Care at the hospital overnight. The bills were adding up and I am so thankful for Pets Best. They have been amazing through this new journey. From doctor visits to insulin, they are there for us. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Even if you have to call customer service, they are so kind and helpful. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company to take care of you and your furry baby! You will not regret having a peace of mind.”

“Poor Zoe, our ever-so-slightly spoiled (not) Westie is real squirrel chaser. Seeing her limp around favoring her left fron paw, examining and checking as best we could without finding the cause, it was time for the vet. Dr. Rose found a small wooden stick lodged in her paw up against the nail, removed it, and prescribed something to relieve the itch and reduce licking. She is much better now. Any time I have to make a trip to the vet with Zoe, whether an annual checkup or an accident o rillness that shows up I always submit the bill to Pets Best. Most issues are covered by insurance, and all bills are analyzed and acted on quickly. It is so easy to use the Pets Best insurance, and such a good feeling to know they are fair in evaluating every claim. When necessary, they contact my vet or ask me for additional information. Very happy with Pets Best and highly recommend it for any pet. Have had PB now for two years.”
