Just okay. They take way too long to process claims which has been going on consistently since Covid. Premiums are going up and service is going down.

The insurance is affordable. Submitting a claim is easy. The statement of benefits in response to a claim is clear and detailed.

Doesn't cover anything. Super upset that I'm wasting more than $2,000 a year PLUS all of the vet bills I pay out of pocket.

App doesn’t work properly. Constantly says that there is some kind of upgrade being done. Payment is slow even though it says it’s been processed. Still hasn’t hit the bank.

I have had Pets Best for several years and they cover my three animals. I think they are great and have a great value to offer pet parents.

Pets Best insurance is disappointing and I am very dissatisfied. Currently they have asked me to review then when they have taken over 1 month to process my clear cut wellness claims and I still have not been reimbursed but somehow send me a review request anyway? Ever since I signed up for this insurance in 2019, they always take way too long to process claims and the costs to insure my dog have risen despite me rarely using the benefits. If I could go back in time, I would not have chosen this company for my pet insurance.

I so far had only good experience with PetsBest, but the website outage for weeks and the lack of communication and taking responsibility is ridiculous and frustrating.

While the premiums continue to increase rapidly, the processing time is also stretching with very little rush put into the process of reviewing claims. What it used to be 7 years ago no longer exists as far as their customer service satisfaction.

Nothing is covered. I started insurance coverage for my puppy on day 1 of her life, but all of her vet bills say they can’t be coverages because of “pre-existing conditions”. How is that possible?

I almost think PetsBest tries to avoid any contact and does not do there part willingly. My claim was paid but not a suction/feeding tube. I requested an appeal. I obtained medical records but was unable after 3 different attempts to forward them for review. I called and waited 1/2 hour to talk to someone who gave me a gauranteed email... that failed too.

They have been unable to fix their significant website issues for weeks now. Unacceptable. They are slow to pay large claims. Their customer service representatives are very professional and polite, bu their back office personnel clearly struggle to perform satisfactorly.
