“I was misled when I purchased the policy, as I'm sure many policyholders were. The copays are ridiculous. When your pet goes in for a visit, you don't pay a copay for the visit; you pay a copay for every exam during the visit. It's a total ripoff!”

“I am just finishing my first year of Pets Best Insurance for Toby, who I have had for one year. One of the best things I can say is how easy it is to submit claims to Pets Best. I usually request an electronic copy of invoices from his veterinarian so it takes only a few minutes to submit a new claim. Hearing back on the claim doesn't take too long. Once the wait time was longer than usual due to them reviewing several items, but I received emails letting me know it was being processed, which was appreciated. To date my Pets Best experience has been a positive one.”

“After my puppy's first vet visit, I submitted my claim. Very easy app to use- basically I just took a pic of the receipt. I received my check in the mail a few days later. There is also a choice for direct deposit.”

“Pets Best Ins takes care of Annual visits (except create pet file info) almost 100%. They cover almost everything so you don’t have to worry about your pet!”

“Worthless for Wellness. I'm on my third year of having this policy, but will not renew. The little my pet qualifies for in wellness goes against the deductible. There has to be a better option out there”
