“Our dog Oscar has been insured by Pets Best since September 2022. Pets Best has always provided us with prompt, effiicient and fair service. We recently had a claim denied. Bue we filed an appeal and Pets Best reviewed and approved the claim. Pets Best has been a great partner with us in providing care for Oscar. I highly recommend them.”

“I was very happy with how easy it was to submit the claim. It was for a wellness checkup for my dog. In less than a week they reimbursed me half of what the vet bill was. I was as happy with the entire process. I would recommend pets best for your pet’s insurance needs.”

“My dog very well may have better insurance than I do. Their policy is transparent and straightforward. Go to any vet you want, submit your claim and, after deductible, receive your reimbursement in a couple weeks. The time I’ve had to interact with customer service, they’ve always been friendly and helpful.”

“on the whole, Pet's Best is, well, the best insurance I've ever had for my animals. they've covered costs as I'd expect, and have been pretty easy to deal with. One star off because of documentation being rejected for odd reasons, and for claim processing sometimes being slow. Despite that, I'm a fan, and would highly recommend Pet's Best based on my experiences so far.”

“I have never had an issue with Pets Best Service wise. However, my recent yearly premium did jump 100% which I thought is ridiculous. I understand my dogs get older but that jump was not appropriate. However, since one of my dogs has cancer I am not in a position to move on from Pets Best. I can only conclude that the surgeries that my dog has had in the past played. Big role in my premiums increasing”

“I have been with Pets Best for a number of years. Recently my dog developed a liver condition. Pets Best has been great. My claims have been processed quickly and efficiently. Dex has had tests, medication and multiple blood work and they have accepted each claim without question by submitting an email receipt from my vet.”
