“We unfortunately have a pet that has been stricken with cancer. Pets Best has been a tremendous help relieving the financial burden needed to keep our buddy around for as long as possible. The website is easy to use and claims are promptly paid. Rates have increased, but that is understandable considering the care available to pets today.”

“This is my first year with Pets Best and I am stuck in the middle with whether or not to renew. Below are some benefits/ concerns. Pros • 24/7 vet support has seriously been one of the best parts of this insurance. Friendly, quick and thorough. •Relatively well priced to receive 80% coverage •Emergency coverage is worth it •very friendly customer service! Cons •The LONGEST processing times for claims. Never fails, I will receive an email about a “delay in processing”. For someone that has a special breed who is seen by the vet often- this ends up being a tedious waiting period. •The wellness plan is NOT worth the money. I’ll definitely be cancelling this. Doesn’t cover much where a vets wellness plan will cover 100% of specific wellness visits such as: dental work, fecal/blood tests, heart scans etc. I highly recommend AGAINST the Pets Best wellness plan. It really just cost me money to have it.”

“When I first got my puppy 6 years ago I knew that I wanted insurance for him. After researching all the options out there I decided to go with Pets Best Insurance. I am so glad that I did. Years later my dog has had some on going treatable health concerns. Having the insurance has really helped us get through it. Emails are responded to right away providing great information. Claims have always been handled fast and paid quickly. If a claim has been denied there was always a detailed explanation as to why. Insurance is just a fact of life and I am glad that I picked a solid company to help when it is needed.”

“I am not recently happy with this insurance. I have had it for 5 years and it seems that there are more things that are not covered every time I send in a normal claim for services to my dog. Recently a medication he is supposwed to be and has been on for yeras and is costly was decined and there was no explanation. ' The notices I get after filing a claim do not have the actual reason for the decline so I am at a loss as to why this was OK before and not now. Not happy.”

“I've had Pets Best for my cat for almost 2 years. I've only had a few claims. I had one small issue with a previous claim, but it was addressed immediately and in my favor. I do love Pets Best. Claims are processed quickly and communication is great. I feel so much better knowing I have a good insurance company.”

“My puppy of just five years old caught a fungal infection which caused her many severe problems. The majopr ome was loss of her sight. She had to have both eyes removed. Between the medications and the surgeries and the tests and the emergency vet visits Pets Best was there the whole time. I can't tell you how much I appreciate what having them as our insurer meant to us. Thank you Pet's Best.”

“Very simple, it took them 5 months and maybe 30 calls to get refunded at 70% not 80% as my plan is noted. My pet had been under this plan for 8 yrs and never used until last January. I had to provide even handwritten notes from the procedure to proof what was done ! Years of dental cleaning bills.. and still they rejected the claim a few times.. don’t waste your money buying this policy.”

“This company is awesome; everything was handled in a timely manner and great customer service. Dealing with this company was so uncomplicated that it made the sadness of losing my dog a bit more tolerable. I'm totally happy with their services and I'll be back to insure my future pets.”

“Very fast in determining claims. Did not cover the charge for an emergency room visit ($400) which the vet charged. I think they should cover that in emergency circumstances. Otherwise, so far, so good.”

“Was very satisfied with Pets Best Inc,. I had no problem submitting a claim and Pets Best immediately processed the claim and submitted my check in my account. I was very much impressed and wished I would of gotten pet insurance a long time ago. Janice D.”

“Amazing pet insurace. My dog had a very pricey surgrey that was life threatening and pets best reimbursed me very quickly and i have never been more grateful for them. We switched over to them recently from referrals and im so happy i did!”

“It has taken repeated efforts to get responses and action on my claims. I sent an email requesting the date when you sent reimbursement to my bank. No reply.”

“I pay for the top insurance plan offered. I submitted a standard visit bill and was outright declined any reimbursement. I submitted an emergency vet bill and was only reimbursed for a third of it. This insurance is a joke. I'd rather save the money I spend on the premium.”
