“I have added information to a prescription that my dog has been on for 5 months. Apparently the info from the drug store is incomplete. I sent a picture of the box label for two prescriptions. I don’t have the box from November but the prescription number is the same At the end of the number they put a dash and how often we have filled the prescription. If they really don’t believe can’t they just call the pharmacy? The date was November and the December one is taken care of.”

“Petsbest has paid out almost $20,000 over the last two years for multiple life threatening health issues with my dog that required an ER visit. They've undoubtedly saved my dog's life. Approval and payment is relatively prompt, I've never had to fight them on anything, and the only thing I've ever had denied is one non-approved medication (probiotic). They've earned me as a customer for life for all my pets.”

“Excellent response time, easy to file a claim. Reasonable cost. We're happy with Pets Best for our 5 year old Doberman. She has been insured for 4 years. We wish we had insured her when we first got her. It's very rare but she hurt her knee at age1 and needed TPLO surgery . That cost us $6000 & we said thenm, that we'd never be without insurance again. We recommend Pet's Best. Pat & Abby”

“I’m very disappointed with your pet insurance and have decided to cancel my plan. I’ve been paying a significant amount monthly, including extra for the "Accident & Illness Coverage" and "EssentialWellness" plans, yet the service has been far from satisfactory. My dog has been to the vet three times this year, and only one visit resulted in a partial rebate. Even her wellness visit wasn’t fully covered under the "EssentialWellness" plan, which was surprising and frustrating. The other two visits, which were for illnesses, weren’t covered at all, despite my paying for the "Accident & Illness Coverage" plan. I can’t understand what I’m paying for if basic wellness visits and illness-related care aren’t covered as promised. This insurance feels like a complete waste of money, and I regret signing up for it.”

“So far so good. It's easy to submit claims online and check status but it's not very intuitive if you want to add or change something. Coverage is as expected and processing so far has been speedy. The only customer care rep I spoke to was very knowledgeble, helpful and friendly.”

“The premium goes up every year to where it isn’t Affordable. Never had a claim with my dog and it has gone up to $2,000 a year for basic coverage.”
