“My beloved dog, Starina got very sick on Easter Sunday with pancreatitis. She ended up in the hospital and was put on a regime of no less than 6 medications. She saw two different vets adn was given the very best care. I knew I had pet insuance but at a time like this I never gave it much thought. Luckily Starina after a few weeks recovered. Now it was time to gather all those bills and submit them to Pets Best for the very first time. I never had pet insurance before and did not know where to begin. I contacted Pets Best and they sent me everything I would need. The form and process was so east to get through and they kept in touch with me every step of the claim process from receiving the claim to the end the summary of the claim. I am so happy I chose Pet's Best becaise this experience albeit stressful was made smooth with this wonderful company. Thank you all!”

“Pets Best has made sending claims in very easy with the app and they process the claims quickly. My 3 year old dog got lymphoma and having the insurance made the situation much less stressful.”

“I’m very grateful for Pets Best! They are very reasonable and don’t find ways to not cover your care. Our dog has needed a double ACL repair and thanks to pets best, we didn’t have to wait to make that choice. We’re thankful for this policy! Definitely worth it!”

“It takes too long to process claims. Additionally, Pets Best says they have contacted your Vet, or says they haven't received the information back from your vet, but in fact, they have more often than not received that information. where it goes, no one knows. So I don't think they do a great job of processing claims and keeping their files in order.”

“Such outstanding insurance for the cost! They've never nitpicked on claims I've put in and when I found out my dog was really sick and needed some expensive treatment, Pets Best was there to make sure she got the care she needed and I wasn't bankrupted!”
