“You pay a lot you don’t receive NOTHING!!! The worst insurance”

“Previously before we took out a Pets Best policy for our newest puppy, we had used Healthy Paws for our other 2 dogs. Although we were pleased with Healthy Paws, we found their rates quite expensive. This time we took out a Pets Best policy. Their reimbursement is much higher for veterinary services than Healthy Paws was. It took 2 weeeks to get the claim processed, but we were very pleased with the amount they paid us. I recommend Pets Best highly.”

“Pets Best is great Canine Insurance. They respond quickly to an Insurance Claim and are very fair in what they pay for each claim. The Premium rates go up with each passing year however that makes sense since dogs do seem to suffer more complicated health issues as they get older. Pets Best is willing to discuss changes in the Policy each year whch can lower the Premium which I have found very helpful. I recommend Pets Best to friends and other dog walkers I run into while walking my dog. My dog is 10 years old and I have been very happy with Pets Best his entire life.”

“I just put in my second claim as my shih tzu had a seizure. They paid in about 10 days without any additional paperwork or questions. I have been very happy with them.”

“Wonderful company and great insurance policies for peace of mind. Having this coverage made our decisions to treat our dog so much easier. He was very sick for months and we couldn’t figure it out. Turns out after an exploratory surgery he had pancreatic cancer which is rare and aggressive. Thanks to this insurance I can be at peace knowing we did everything we could up until we had to let him go compassionately. Our other dog is still covered by Pets Best and we will stay with them for the rest of her life as well.”

“I've been very happy with Pets Best. The policies, and any exclusions/deductibles, are spelled out clearly. It’s easy to file claims and payment is prompt. I really like the fact that you can just have any payout credited directly to Care Credit. Knowing that Pets Best will stand behind me really gives me peace of mind”

“Pets Best is absolutely wonderful! We unfortunately have a pup with a lot of GI issues that causes him to be hospitalized during flare ups and Pets Best makes taking care of him possible! We never have to think twice about getting him the best care because of having Pets Best! Thank you for helping us keep our pup healthy and happy!”

“Pets Best has been one of the best decisions we have ever made for our four-legged family members. No one wants to be put in a situation where your pet needs to use their insurance for emergency care but having it has made this unbelievably heartbreaking time have one less worry. Both of our dogs have received cancer diagnoses within the past 4 months. There is no way we would have been able to pay for their emergency/diagnostic/ongoing treatments without insurance. If you have a pet, I highly recommend insuring them with Pets Best.”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for the past 8 years and I’m glad that I chose them. There are MANY options out there but my policy with Pets Best was the perfect one for my ShihTzu’s needs. Pet insurance is a MUST in these times. Vet bills are astronomical and peace of mind is priceless. “I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with this insurance. The payout was completely unacceptable at the price I paid purposely to get a payback on wellness expenses. I’ve still not been paid out and gone. Through hoops for payout on my dog I will not be recommending company to anyone”

“I am rqting at the "Acceptable" level due to the fact that I still have several claims in process and I am awaiting their decision. MY one majoi obection at this time is the compicity oif their policy terms. Extremely bureacratic and confusing.”
