“Pre paid decal test wasn’t reimbursed even though haven’t completed test. Vet charged me to take sample kit home and would do test once brought back”

“We have had Pets Best Pet Health Insurance since our Great Pyrenees Scarlett was 3 years old. She'd 10 now. They have always handled our questions and our claims promptly. I also love that you can get help anytime from healthcare providers. It's a great, reliable company.”

“Having one young dog, this is an easy and fairly priced way to have insurance and peace of mind. The website is very negotiable and getting reimbursed was pleasantly easy and satisfactory.”

“Very slow processing claims. Do not make clear what is needed to process claim. Very slow sending procedes to bank account.”

“The vet hospital submitted a big claim for us (>$10k) on 12/24, and we received an email on 1/7 that the claim had been processed and reimbursement sent. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time -- only 2 weeks despite 2 holidays falling within that time period!”

“My dog was hospitalized for stomach obstruction. If I didn't have insurance through Pets Best I would have had to pay close to $12,000. Submitting claims were easy, getting reimbursed in a matter of 2 weeks was great. I made the right choice in choosing Pets Best.”

“Pets Best was recommended by several people on a community page, and they were spot on. They did note that claims sometimes take more than 30 days to pay, so I was ready for that and wasn't surprised when they did. Sometimes claims are paid sooner. The best part is that we're able to insure both of our dogs for reasonable rates. Thank you!”

“I have worked in veterinary medicine for 5 years now, and even as a person who gets professional discounts, pet insurance has saved me and my pet so many times. I don’t make a lot of money in this profession ($16 a hour) and even struggle with discounted prices, but I know I can rely on PetsBest and that I can always afford to do that gold standard treatment plan and get my pet the help they need and deserve”

“Pets Best Pet Health Insurance saves our family money, however I do hope they will consider adjusting the amount they pay claims for wellness plans. They currently don’t cover enough for all the vaccines/preventative measures which I deem unacceptable in a wellness plan”

“I had a fantastic experience with Pets Best insurance. We had a policy for my dog for many years and they were so easy to work with. We had multiple claims and they were always paid out exactly as expected and in a timely manner. The final claim we submitted was when my dog passed away and they proactively cancelled the policy, refunded the difference, and sent me a nice note to say they were sorry about our loss. We will absolutely use Pets Best again when we delve back into the world of dog ownership.”
