“We’ve been really pleased with Pets Best. Claims are taken care of quickly and explanations of what was / wasn’t covered for a claim is clear. Have also had good experiences both times I’ve called with a question.”

“We have had PetsBest insurance for about a year and a half. We are extremely grateful we chose PetsBest because their coverage is extensive and they are fantastic at getting claims processed. One of our K9's had an ACL tear and they quickly reimbursed us for his surgery and follow-up X-rays. We chose both accident and wellness and PetsBest just reimbursed us for our K9's annual vaccinations! Recently they added direct payments to Care Credit which makes the process all that much easier. Thank you PetsBest for great care and service!”

“Pets Best has been fabulous. Caring helpful customer service. Easy to submit a claim through their app with payment deposited in my account in a couple weeks. In Aug my dog developed PLE and spent 8 days in WSU Vet school small animal hospital under the care of a fabulous IMS. They saved his life. Without pet insurance we may not have been able to afford all the excellent care and treatment he received. They have paid and continue to pay all tests, Vet visits,blood work and prescriptions related to his illness. I totally recommend Pets Best to assure your pet always gets the best care it needs.”

“We got our new pup in November and were given a complimentary month of pet insurance through a different vendor by our vet. I began shopping around as the cost to continue that plan was going to be cost prohibitive. I came across Pets Best through our insurance company. My plan was to get the coverage for emergencies… just in case. I was pleasantly surprised with the affordability of a Health Prevention policy as well so I purchased both. Almost all of our first new puppy appointment was covered…the wellness exam and the vaccine! I paid $4.60 out of pocket, and the amount covered exceeded my monthly payment for the insurance! Submitting my claim was easy and it was completed in less than a week! I definitely recommend Pets Best!”

“Claims are processed expeditiously - better than my human health care insurance, and the premiums are affordable and reasonable. I am very happy with this company and plan to keep insurance for all of my pets with them throughout our lifetimes.”

“The coverage is really great, but they take so long to pay the claims and after the claim is approved it takes up to 7 days to be credited to your account”

“I received and email advising me that PetsBest requested records from our Vet and that if they had any issues or questions they would reach out to me. Several days later I received a denial of my claim stating they never received the records from our vet. I called my vet and had the records in 10 minutes and uploaded to PetsBest portal. Had they reached out to me as they said they would the claim would have been processed quicker.”

“Highly recommend, they pay out quickly and I have never had problems with coverage. It has allowed me to give my pets the care they need when faced with cancer and given me peace of mind. Whoever thinks pet insurance is a joke and to just set aside money is in for a rude awakening. Do NOT be that person, get pet insurance.”

“Pets Best Pet Insurance is an essential part of my pet’s care. Having much of my pups regular well vet visit expenses covered is wonderful. The main reason I have this coverage though is knowing she is covered by insurance if emergency treatment is necessary.”
