“Pets Best is a quality insurance company. They are very responsive and pay claims quickly and accurately. They keep you informed all along the way during the claim process. Claims are easy to file and track. I would highly recommend this company!”

“Extremely disappointed, I should of done more research into the app before adding both of my cats into the policy. For starters this company never had an app that actually worked or an account that I could log in so I could look into my policy agreements and what does my policy covered. When I tried calling customer service to review my claims that was long over due some which by the way is was still process wrongly this guy name Thomas answered my call and he had to keep putting me on hold with every questions I asked him, I don’t think he was trained for his position. When I asked for my policy agreements to be email “as I cannot login into my account” he refused to email it to me. This Thomas guy even had the nerve to say the app is like WiFi that is not intended to be logging just to be have?!?! What does WiFi and being able to log in into my account to review my policy coverage has to do with each other? I asked for management and he refused to transfer my call.”

“Claims are easy to submit and ususally paid quickly. Best price so far for insuring my dog- even after price increases. We've been customers for 3 years.”

“The app never works and recently I couldn't even submit a claim through the website. I will say, I think the insurance is good, their automated services are just a problem. Any time I call though, the people I speak with are always kind and helpful. Just the tech issues made it a 3 star review.”

“Pets Best does a great job commicating, both on the phone and online. Their website is easy to use and to submit claims on. They came through for me twice this year with reimbursements that I was satisfied with. They explain each claim result in detail. I recommend them.”

“Hi Petsbest, Would have given you 5 stars, but I decided on 4. Reason being I had a aweful time submitting the information you needed. I took 5 times on the phone with a rep. and 5 times to upload it. I had to wait until the claim was closed and then re-open it. I think you were having trouble with your computer system. That being said, other than that I am very happy with the service I receive from you. Thank you for all your help and finally getting this claim processed.”

“This was the second year we paid for pet health insurance. At one time I thought it would be a waste of money but with the price of medical for dogs today we learned it makes sense to have it. This was the first time we did a claim. The process through Pets Best was easy and the response was quick. They covered more than we expected. We are very pleased to have Pets Best Health Insurance.”

“I've been with Pets Best for seven years, and I have four animals on my policy, which really says a lot about how much I trust this company. They are very prompt when it comes to handling my claims and are always helpful during phone conversations. While the insurance is a little expensive, I can't complain because they have never let me down.”

“In the past it has taken well over a month to get claims completed. We just kept getting emails apologizing for the delays. The current claims have almost been a month but the reimbursement is shown but hasn’t been deposited into our bank account for at least 5 days. It should be almost instantly. Don’t know why in this day and age it takes so long.”

“This is the worst and most expensive pet insurance I've ever had. The website was down for weeks, and contacting via telephone was a time consuming and laborious process. And after all this the claims were still not processed correctly. I have two dogs, pay insurance for two dogs, and still the claims were processed for only one of them. And this is not the first time!!”
